Great find! Yellowfin are runnin' here down to San Diego and they're landing Albacore up north by Fort Bragg. Bookmarked! PS: Its a stand-alone without the great table build, but I have that same cooker. Subscribed.
Thank you for your wonderful UA-cam channel!!! I love this tuna recipe! Can you do a baked salmon recipe? And black bean soup recipe? I am from El Salvador and now I live in Washington DC, and we love black beans and black bean soup… so I would love to have a good black bean soup. Thank you so very much. May God bless you infinitely and keep up the good work! You guys are doing an awesome work! Where are you guys located? What state and what city? Here in Washington DC we love good food!
Using clean water won't change the flavor of the fish. Any saltwater flavor imparted into the flesh of the fish will remain intact. Thanks for watching!!!

@@OutdoorHome I didn’t know you were a distributor of grills/smokers. I was wondering about recipes for pellet smokers. I have the RecTec 680 modified to the 700 and the BFG 2500. I cater and always looking for new recipes.
Rare, medium, well-done... to each their own :) The beauty with this method is that you can see exactly how "done" your tuna steak will be. Thanks for watching!
Man, you must hate your knives!! Master sharpeners use stone and glass to dull and flatten knives before restoration, and sharpening. Glass is absolutely the worst surface to run a blades edge!!

Did you marinate the asparagus before putting on the grill?
Just some olive oil to keep it from sticking. Thanks for watching!!!
What you don't trim your asparagus? The end can be pretty Woody. I know the thin ones are easier to cook than the thicker ones.
Great tip! Thanks for watching!!!
Great video!
Glad you enjoyed it
Nice video! I have a question, does using fresh water on saltwater fish change the flavor profile taking away natural flavor?
Using clean water won't change the flavor of the fish. Any saltwater flavor imparted into the flesh of the fish will remain intact. Thanks for watching!!!
Any kind of fresh fish. I'm learning to eat it when it's fresh.
Great advice! Thanks for watching!!!
what kind of beer is that?
If we know Kenny, it's probably a Tank 7 from Boulevard. Thanks for watching!!!
My bottom part of my ceramic bowl broke in my green egg. How do I get another one to replace the broke one?
We would suggest contacting the BGE dealer that sold you the EGG. You can find your local dealer here: biggreenegg.com/find-a-dealer/
Do you cook with any pink left?
How "done" you want your tuna is always up to the person eating it. We usually leave plenty of pink in the middle. Thanks for watching!!!
