I did a similar Ahi Tuna today (I used wasabi powder & Thai lemongrass marinade to season it before the sesame seeds. I skipped five spice.) Love your cucumber salad. There is something so beautiful about sliced green cukes and purple ribbons of onion that makes it a treat before it’s finished and dressed. This salad is a keeper. Thanks!

Made this bowl the other night and we loved it! Super easy to make and very tasty. Will make again and again. the only thing I can add as a caveat is if you are planning to use this as a recipe for your weekly food prep, set aside the veg before dressing. It won't make it through to the next day if dressed. Otherwise, super happy and plan to find more recipes from your collection. Thanks!

@@ChefAnge Yes they were fine. I pan seared them in cast iron skillet. Unfortunately from a small E. Texas town I couldn't find enough of the ingrediants to make this but I have a list and will give it a shot soon. I do like seared tuna and enjoyed it last night. Good vid pod's, I'm subscribed.

Freezing doesn't kill bacteria. I'm fixing to go double check that but I'm pretty confident in that. FDA agrees freezing doesn't kill bacteria but I did read that freezing fish kills parasites present in the fish
