Egglife wraps are a LIFE CHANGER!!! Besides tacos, wraps and lasagna noodles...they also crisp up beautifully for a thin crust pizza

I was wondering about pizza, I made something similar minus sauce. I fried 1 wrap then added pepperoni and cheddar cheese then flipped it over to brown other side, YUMMY!!!
But do they taste like fried egg???

We’ve been eating the egg life wraps for a couple of months now. They are absolutely amazing. We’ve tried the Southwest flavor, which are great for tacos and burritos. We’ve done the plain, which are great for sandwich wraps and breakfast burritos. And we’ve tried the Italian, which I’ve been doing the copycat of the subway BMT Italian sandwich. So good. I’ve been buying three or four packs of each flavor whenever I see them in the store, I take them home and put a piece of parchment paper in between each wrap, put in a large plastic Ziploc bag and freeze them. The parchment paper makes them easy to pull one out for that days lunch or breakfast and that way the rest of them aren’t going bad.
Hi Tracy what store in your city do you find the Egg Life wraps?
Our local Aldi carries them. I also use the Outer Aisle cauliflower wraps. Have tried numerous keto bread recipes, but haven’t found one yet I like. Keto began mid 2021. Lost 30 pounds..have hit a plateau..don’t eat after 6 pm. Hoping the rest will come off this year..
The egglife wraps make amazing lasagna noodles and I've even cut them up to look like egg noodles to make casseroles. SO good.

Yes they are very good wraps. I like the plain ones better than the Italian ones they are too mild not enough Italian. Walmart has the best price if anybody’s interested and they are usually in with the eggs area at my Walmart. 🍳🥓

So glad I caught this video bc I’d bought a pack of these wraps but wasn’t cooking them first. I just wanted to grab one, put something in it and go, for a quick snack or meal on the run. I didn’t really dig them that much until seeing this and realized the secret to making them amazing is cooking them first. Totally worth the few extra minutes.

I love the egg wraps! Having trouble finding them near me in NH. The last time that I found them, I bought several packages and then froze them. I repackaged them putting parchment paper between each one. They freeze just fine.

The Dolly quote would be perfect next to your coffee station. My only advice is that when you hang it up, make sure the glass is not going to be in line with the cupboard knob in the event that the door is opened too hard.
I tried them but I didn't have any protein powder so I substituted 2 tbs almond flour I used cream of tartar in place of xanthum gum and it worked great!! I made the southwestern flavor she had on the recipe...mmmmm🥰 yummy!! Hope this helps someone that don't have those other ingredients😊 Thank you and Kristy!

This is a really cool little company. Started because I believe it was an admin assistant who was ketogenic and started making egg white wraps and bringing them to work. Her manager asked her what they were, and she told him, and this company was the result. I believe it's owned by Rose Acre Farms, which is an egg company. The company is about 20 mi from where I live.
I've been eating ketovore for three weeks and was struggling with tortilla cravings and I absolutely love these egglife tortillas. I cook them on my cast iron with some pure irish butter and they are so tasty. I prefer the plain original..

I know you don't do dairy or at least try to do very little, I am the same way. But what I've done with my family and not very often is to use the egg lifes as lasagna noodles, my family thinks they're eating regular lasagna.
Great idea! Do you do anything to the wraps before you put them in the lasagna?
@@Pooshee123 no, all you do is layer them as you would with cooked lasagna noodles and then bake until cheese is melted and everything is bubbling. The last time I made it, I put it together the day before and put it in the fridge overnight. It really set up nicely.

I don't have a sprouts never heard of it.. I live in Lower Salem Ohio and I have to say Dr. Ken Barry I have learned so much from him .. I do have some questions .. like what keto products are ok and what are not .. I started at 291 I am now 266 it's going slowly but then again I have a skinny husband who's being a good sport and doing this with me but I have cheated some because I feel bad that he can't eat what he wants just because I am a cow ..

They can be used like “noodles”- make chicken noodle (cut these into strips). Also they were used as lasagna noodles to make lasagna

O!M!G! - These are FABULOUS! I just tried one with some leftover chicken, and made a 'taco' out of it and my husband didn't know that they were not made with flour. We are both a bit shocked at how they cook up. I can't wait for Taco Tuesday to come back around! Thanks for the product endorsement!

Thousands of ingredients can be hidden under “Natural flavors” so may have something else in them to make them more like tortillas. I’m not saying don’t use them at all LOL just saying 😉 I’m definitely going to try them...

I lerned a recipe last week to make these. You can roll up several of them together tightly, then very thinly sloce and you end up with noodles! I made this delicious carbonara with them. They are made of like, 2 whole eggs and 2 or more egg whites with 1 or 2 tablespoons beef gelatin and whisk and it makes like 3+ pancakes. Depends how much mixture you make how many you get. They're great as wraps, too.

You may also like the brand Crepini. Kroger has them and Publix. Egg based too with xanthum gum. They come in 2 sizes and are super thin. I think they are only 8 calories each. I use 2 when I make a wrap. They don’t taste eggy.
Iv never bought those wraps cause I’m not a big egg eater barely ever eat it but I’m gonna definitely get them now so I can try them as a tortilla!! Thanks

I buy these from Aldi’s! I haven’t cooked them that long but now I will. I used to just warm them in the Microwave. Also, Nili Indigo on UA-cam has some she makes without xanthum gum and she makes a crepes version as well
Ok.so with your encouragement I tryed them. I was really unsure when I brought them home. But used bacon Grease fried it up and ate pizza/Calzone way yum!

I love the Dolly saying by the coffee station....and I'm sure I saw some Kerrygold butter somewhere in your kitchen.....it's great that we can get that here, and there is also a terrific butter from New Zealand that is from grass fed cows.

I love the dolly framed saying I like right there too. Only thing I see as a consideration is the knob from the cabinet hitting it. If it wont then yes right there
