Seems like since this is a Federal backed policy, then everyone no matter where you live should operate under the same rules. Is there a reason why States dont allow changing, and Missouri does ?
Hi @Charlesmiller7861 that is a great question! Each state has different insurance guidelines and choose to make these decisions each year. Since these open enrollment periods cause premiums to be higher, most states prefer to not participate to keep costs lower. We hope to see all states allow these soon!
