this weird feeling when you paid more than 200 bucks for headset not used it a lot and you have to find out how to fix it. I contacted Sony as my headset was out warranty, they refused free fix. Never again I will buy and be the Guinian pig to test their product.
I thought my buds went rogue..they would only charge up to 50% and then start flashing a deep orange colour ...and now my left bud only last for an hour ....😢Damn
@user-rg1cs1ez9o for those whose battery is not already damaged . Since warranty was over . I need to do myself or they are charging 180$ . That is the price for the new one.

Thats a bad firmware update the 1.4.2 that damaged pretty much every single person's xm4's permanently. Your best solution is refund or warranty

You have to replace the battery. Quite easy to do actually
