@@LeCaleb fats slow down the rate of nutrient absorption and you want protein and carbohydrates to be absorbed as quickly and as efficiently as possible for muscle repair/growth

Any food before a wout restricts blood flow to the muscles. It's taken up with digestion and lowers blood flow. Thus I s wh y we feel nauseous.

@muscleandstrength That's because they don't understand how the energy supply works. You are using the energy already" in storage", such as glycogen in the muscle tissue.
The blood supply is part of that delivery, but another is required for the digestion shortly after a meal.
