    I must say it's really nice to see a body builder.Not so much advocate for machine training.But definitely what he prefers.You don't see that often

    4 large scrambled eggs with hot sauce and an everything bagel is the goat pre workout breakfast, with a 28 oz Gatorade zero after before you leave And take your pre

      @@LeCaleb fats slow down the rate of nutrient absorption and you want protein and carbohydrates to be absorbed as quickly and as efficiently as possible for muscle repair/growth

    I train fasted at 6am and then protein straight after workout and for lunch. For Dinner I’ll get carbs in with more protein but im not looking to get to your size just looking lean. Am i doing it right or wrong?

      @@ricktrue8441 what are you getting at ? If this is relating to steroid usage no not really, he isn’t using insulin so there isn’t any pinning going on pre workout. Test is injected 2-3 times per week . Check out our full day of eating, he went pretty far naturally. Hope that helps!

    I think that's a cornerstone of everybody's bodybuilders meal chicken and rice, and you can't go wrong with that!! It's pretty basic and to the point!!

    You forgot the Test. If you just took protein powder and glutamine and all the supplements that you're taking, you wouldn't look like that.

    Any food before a wout restricts blood flow to the muscles. It's taken up with digestion and lowers blood flow. Thus I s wh y we feel nauseous.
    After workout ? Depend on your appettie.Forcef eeding muscles is one big com con.

      This is his first meal of the day. Many prefer to avoid fasted strength training sessions in order to maximize their performance when training.

      @muscleandstrength That's because they don't understand how the energy supply works. You are using the energy already" in storage", such as glycogen in the muscle tissue.
      The blood supply is part of that delivery, but another is required for the digestion shortly after a meal.
      The whole bb nutritional info is based on commercial misinformation.
