He's 100% correct, frozen green beans, peas, spinach, okra are better than fresh. Unless, of course, you have a local street market that sells these when it's their season but for most of the year, frozen is better. When it comes to condiments, I never was a fan of ketchup, yet I decided to give Heinz unsweetened ketchup a go. One that I like a lot is Frank's red-hot sauce.
I love franks as well. There is also a buffalo sauce by primal kitchen I love now with chicken

In the off-season I do as I feel. That one meal where I scaled back a little bit and I was a little more full than I would like to be. I had to let digestion occur to make room for that last meal. 😂

Only thing that bothers me about prepping my foods like chicken and beef in particular is how long to re heat it for in the microwave especially due to making sure it’s safe to eat - any advice would be great thanks ?
As far as chicken goes, make sure that's cooked to temperature. Beef when it's ground I like to make sure it's cooked all the way through. Just because it's a combination of cows that they use to make the finished product, but if it's a lean steak I try to cook it to a medium temperature. That way if I need to reheat it it doesn't dry out. It works for me. Try it. Maybe it works out for you too. 🦾🦾

Like with an increase in red meat would you use apple cider vinegar to help to digest it type thing ? And for gut health pre and pro biotic? Would be interested to hear your thoughts , if any. Uncle Ben’s is quick and tastes really good for a quick carb source. Glad seeing somebody use it, but nothing beats fresh rice. Great vid!

Meal 3 was a pretty huge refeed- it’s not part of the daily diet but it was part of the food eaten on the shoot day so we included it 😊

I hear ya but its still there an hour later. I cant, I can only take pre and some Gatorade and im "into" liftin you may say but even at the gym other guys sometimes often regret it - but ya may be right about what they eat of course.

im 131lbs and git the gym 4 times a week. Im looking to get to 145. my calorie intake is 3,000 a day. i could probably do 3,500 but id be hard.
