12 Minute Lower Body Qigong - Qigong for Tired Legs, Knees & Ankles

  • This Qigong routine is aimed at the legs. Gentle hip and knee rotation help to activate the muscles and improve circulation in the lower body. Soft, slow-paced stretching exercises combined with deep breathing help to build awareness and connect the mind to the body.
    Also therapeutic for the lower back, it’s good to tackle issues like stiff lower back, tired legs, knees and ankles.

    This new to me, old video, was a fun practice. I was drawn to it because of the name and I started the day with a sore knee. Some moves to start with were challenging, pain waist, but by the end, my knee was feeling much better. Many thanks…now off to find another new old one. 😂

    Hi kseny, it was nice to do this practice again! I just love working my legs and looking after my body. I work at a vet so stand for 10 hours a day on my full day shifts. Qigong with you just starts my day right. Have an awesome day!🙂j

    This is so helpful. After being on Zoom meetings all day, this "saved" my legs! I'll continue practicing this QiGong session for sure.
