I'm so glad I found your channel, Kseny! I'm a little overwhelmed by so many routines, but this is a great one for me. The tapping is a nice way to energize. I'm getting that my breath and pace may be slower or faster than yours, and that's OK. I feel more balanced when joints circle in both directions, so I liked how the shoulder circles in this routine varied, & I admit I added hip circles the other way, too. I'm glad to have options to find the ones that work for me!
