    Here are 5 of my favourite Qigong exercises to do daily to improve balance, gain flexibility and strength. The low-impact Qigong exercises are ideal for beginners, older adults and seniors. Practice these Qigong exercises as a part of your daily fitness routine or choose one or two exercises and practice them daily for 5 minutes.

    I like this even better than the 8 pcs of Brocade. I have a lot of muscle and I'm not very flexible. This routine made me feel good! Thank you.

      Hi Margaret and thank you for your comment. The breathing pattern in many Qigong exercises is inhale when we open and stretch the body, exhale when we relax the muscles and soften the body. Keep you breath soft and tension free. How long have you been practicing Qigong? What are your favourite exercises? Best wishes,

    hi Kseny, my physio recommended that i do qigong following my prostate cancer surgery. i started with this practise this morning. Is this a good practice to follow or is there a another practice i should folllow. thanks tony

      It's believed that number 6 is considered the number of longevity in Chinese astrology and related to the Kidneys.

    If Kseny actually cared at all about people, she would CARE ENOUGH to speak LOUDLY ENOUGH to be heard. How can you say you care about people if you don't even think about speaking well enough to be heard? What this tells me is that she is thinking about herself, not about the people who might need to learn what she teaches. I'm marking this self-focused "teacher" off my list of potentials.

      Surprised you would say this. Absolutely zero problem with the volume and clarity on this and all of Kseny's videos. You might want to check your device's sound levels.
