This works 100%. I started on Sunday and worked out for three days. I lost 2kg within the 3 days. I eat normal a day and made sure I drank like 3 liters of water every day for the 3 days. Have been doing so many other workouts to cut down but to no avail. I just said I should try this one. It works for me . Thank you.

I am 5'2, 50 kgs, 14 years old female. I will update after 3 weeks I have already done 3 days 😁 Day 1- Done Day 2- Done Day 3- Done Today was my Day 4- Done Day 5- Done Day 6- Done (it's becoming easier but I can't see changes 😟😞) Day 7- Done Today I saw my weight I have lost 0.75 kgs (that's totally for me without any diet and with endomorph body type, atleast it's better than losing no weight 🙄😅) Day 8- Done 🥺 This workout actually shaped my body. Thank You so much... I know why I not losing my weight fast because I am not in any diet but today I ate too much and after this workout I am again feeling light and like regular days. You will be building muscle tissue so don't be upset if you gain some weight at first doing any exercise or walking. Its muscle Weight and that's good, once you are regular, you will definitely loose weight and get good shape. Let's not give up. :) Its one and a half month I am doing exercise (doesn't matter if you do the same or different exercise everyday) Just be physically active for atleast 45 to 60 min. :) I am 14 and I guess this exercise is really helpful for overall body fat and can be done at regular basis, even when you are sick as its low impact workout.

This is a repetition set. 2 sets of 14 different exercises that targets the whole body! Easy to follow. As i have been taking a very long break from workouts, this is a good one to start the workout regime. Completed day 1 and it boosts up my energy level the next day. Take it easy, Sharon :) It's normal to feel some tightness or soreness after working out, even during, but it will usually subside within a few days once you get used to it. But if it doesn't subside, take a rest until you feel better and come back when you're ready. Good luck!❤️💪

I love this morning and evening exercises of Roberta. Started last October and just so excited for the bigger result before entering the year 2022. I'm originally 69kilos and my belly was bigger(higher) to my breast. Im doing this exercises for 3weeks now and I really can see the result on my belly without weighing myself. My breast is higher now to my belly. 😂 And I can wear now some of my clothes that didn't fit me for along time.Also I can wear some fitted ones without shaming my body's size. I’m gonna update every day Doing this for a week Im 61.5kg This includes a healthy diet too but not fully just less sugar Day 1- it was kind of intense but at the same time it was easy, it takes a while to get used to, squats was the hardest tbh 😂 Sorry for the late updates Day 2- it was easier and I felt lighter Day 3- already lost 0.5kg Day 4- started doing it twice a day and got 1kg lost Day 5- I lost another 0.5 after doing it ( I kinda ate a burger that day so lmao) Day 6- im now 58kg and im really proud of myself
Btw i done many workouts to loose my weight, and this made me smile, and the morning one is definitely one I'm doing, altogether 1 hour of exercise, my daily water and fruit, and ofc veggies!!

This workout helped me get started with my weightloss journey then after this I switched to Chloe Ting's butt Workout then now the 2 weeks abs challenge. You gotta start somewhere! hi! in my opinion, there is a reason for exercises in the evenings, roberta chooses this time because it's the schedule where most people don't eat much, they usually eat fruits and vegetables as a way to keep more fit with their diet and hygiene. i hope this helped!

This is a repetition set. 2 sets of 14 different exercises that targets the whole body! Easy to follow. As i have been taking a very long break from workouts, this is a good one to start the workout regime. Completed day 1 and it boosts up my energy level the next day. Although i feel the body aches but its just a start! No pain,no gain! Will continue with day 2! Thank you for the video!

@@RichaBehera129 I recommend drinking water or eating a healthy, small portion of a post-workout snack, such as carrots, apple slices, or celery stalks. I normally just chug down a lot of water so I don't feel hungry afterwards. xD

I had started this exercise today and my legs are shivering, I hope this exercise literally works . because I am having pain in my legs after doing this. So friends no pain ,no gain.
Take it easy, Sharon :) It's normal to feel some tightness or soreness after working out, even during, but it will usually subside within a few days once you get used to it. But if it doesn't subside, take a rest until you feel better and come back when you're ready. Good luck!❤️💪

I don’t know how much weight I’ve lost since I didn’t wiegh my myself before starting but i can see some changes! and at that time i just needed to start exercising again so weight didn’t really matter. also i skipped some days but yeah i feel good! now I’m changing the workout to one of your videos. Day 7 - 26 Nov 2020 (65kg/34in) + IF (16/8) method. My 1 week journey was still good despite of not losing weight in a week. I feel more ligther than before. Maybe losing weight is an internal process. I will first lose hard fat that surrounds my organs like liver, kidneys and then I will start to lose soft fat like waistline and thigh fat. Think positive Gigi! Dont stop keeping going. Everyone we can do this!!

I love this morning and evening exercises of Roberta. Started last October and just so excited for the bigger result before entering the year 2022. I'm originally 69kilos and my belly was bigger(higher) to my breast. Im doing this exercises for 3weeks now and I really can see the result on my belly without weighing myself. My breast is higher now to my belly. 😂 And I can wear now some of my clothes that didn't fit me for along time.Also I can wear some fitted ones without shaming my body's size. It brings my confidence back.

Day 4- started doing it twice a day and got 1kg lost
Day 5- I lost another 0.5 after doing it ( I kinda ate a burger that day so lmao)

This workout helped me get started with my weightloss journey then after this I switched to Chloe Ting's butt Workout then now the 2 weeks abs challenge. You gotta start somewhere! I lost 5kg already. Wishing you guys the best. Please dont stop working out, you'll get used to it, it wil eventually become a lifestyle so just keep that body moving! Anything you want! Dancing? Jumping ropes? Walking here and there. Everything is a start. Just do it! 🙂

hi! in my opinion, there is a reason for exercises in the evenings, roberta chooses this time because it's the schedule where most people don't eat much, they usually eat fruits and vegetables as a way to keep more fit with their diet and hygiene. i hope this helped!

I have been eating healthy , by only drinking water and tea and sometimes coffee and also eating a lot of veggies and fruit !
And I try not to eat anymore after 8 Pm, I mostly workout 1 to 2 hours after I had my dinner. My legs have gotten toned a bit, the workout has gotten a lot more easier.

I could of have lost more if I ate healthier.
However ik very proud of the results, even thought I haven’t reached my goal yet. This was a great start! I feel more energized and the workout got a lot more easier.

I love Roberta. I do these in the mornings as I found it kept me awake for an evening routine. For a 49 year old I reckon the 1st set will do & squats to end the session. The 2nd is the same on repeat. Thanks for your vdos ❤
