Also started on february 1st. I do this every morning and walk 8000 to 10k step per day and my shorts feel looser. I wear same shorts everyday and they were tight now they are get lose. So im loosing some inches. Havent weigh myself yet want to wait until day 28. Keep up good work

4 weeks ago i started this..i missed only a day or 2 and it is amazing the endurance i developed and about 6 lbs weight loss which is for me an achievement already! Still going...thank you!
1st attempt. Although the movements are slow, it did increase my heart rate and I worked up a sweat too. I was able to finish 1 set and stopped half way on the repetition of the set. I will attempt this daily and see how far I can go and try to finish both sets effectively. it was a good workout!!!
I am amazed to see these exercises. How come I never seen Roberta's gym before..... I am 57 years old,weighing 80 kg and height is 5'. My weight has started troubling my joints. I am never regular in my exercise routine, needs to loose 20-25 kg as per Doctor. I started with this video from 17 March 2021. They also have other videos and I've been doing this one daily as well as sampling the others. *** I have to admit that haven't helped my situation, either. I have a sweet tooth from hell so I'm my own worst enemy as far as weight loss 😳 I can tell a difference though and I'm going to keep doing these videos no matter what. I really love them!! If I could just leave the sweets alone I feel I would have it made!!!

I have RA and about to be 47, I also have degeneration in L3,4,5 so this will be good. Just found this channel while surfing through UA-cam. This is the first online work out I have been comfortable doing. At 61 my joints don’t work like they used to and going to the gym to do classes makes me feel like a clutts. Not to mention I can’t keep up with those super in shape instructors. I have been doing this for a week now. I go for my two mile walk then work out. It is perfect for lazy people!! :) I hate working out but i love this one. I showed my physical therapist and she said it was a good one. she liked the calorie counter and how it goes counting especially for people who have a hard time working out. It is not bad for the knees either!! When I stop being so lazy I am going to do a night walk and the night program she has!! I am not gonna lie over covid I sure did get lazyyyy!!
I just attempted this work out. I am recovering from 2 surgeries so was unable to complete it. I plan to stick with it bc I like its low impact but obvious muscle building regimen. I have since August 2020 been doing youtube video workouts. I think this video will be a good next step.
I was enthusiastic when I read your message. I also have done two surgeries and still in the process of recovering. I just started my working out, today is my first day. Hope I will be able to be consistent to it.
Now completed 28 days. Love this routine and so good it’s not talking all through just the counting. I don’t burn anywhere near the calories suggested but still good and I’m now in my jeans one size smaller so must be doing something 😀

For someone who struggles and doesn’t feel pretty or skinny enough and wanting to change but doesn’t have the energy to, this is kinda helpful I’ve been doing this for a couple of days now and this really helps me work up and actually do something a day Also i drink enough water wich is really necessary rn I don’t know how to explain it but i’m really happy and thankful that i found this channel^^
I just completed this workout and can I say I feel great! I didn't think I would finish the "whole" workout but, did...also on my tenth day of Intermittent fasting with a 20/4 schedule, so, I wasn't sure if I would be able to due to feeling sluggish the last few days. Thank you for this workout; challenging for this 61 y/o who hasn't worked out in almost a year.

Oh Good! I'm starting tomorrow. My old physical therapist told me to always remember to do my 'elevators' lol. Basically flex your abs lil by lil till the whole abdominal wall is flexed and tight then hold it while doing something then relax and just keep doing it. Its massive!

Day 9 today. I started doing about double of the first session the last 2 days as I have not found the energy to start second session. It's going better this way now. Working up a great sweat. I do find 2 exercises hard so instead I keep my hands on the hips to do the side Jack's and Hip swirls. I'm enjoying the workout. Thank you Roberta.

Day 5 completed of this workout! Challenging but doable! It’s a great way to warm up your body getting out of bed and adding more movement to the day if you sit at a desk for most of it. I work on the 10th floor of an office building and a few times a week will walk down to the 5th and back up always having to stop at least twice on the way up. Yesterday I stopped once on the 8th but didn’t feel winded! I’m sure this routine is doing wonders for my core, breathing and other areas I don’t know about. I highly recommend!
I am 70 pretty healthy...I walk 5 miles a day decided to add this in between my walking because my body is so use to it and stopped losing wait...this is day 4 will try to update..so far loving it!!
Been one week...not seeing any weight loss and I drink vinegar and lemon... actually gained 2 lbs??! Haven't changed my eating not understanding what is going on but will continue give it more time!!!
TY so much. Have been looking at this for a couple of weeks. So out of former shape. Used to run 20-30 miles a week, swam 3 x daily, and used to weight lift. Now I have knee wreck - but with 90 yr old knees comes a 20 yr old heart (and NO I am far from 90 - but am working with injuries)!!! Now have 2 dislocated shoulders after 35 moves with my ex... sore everywhere. However... started today - looks to be a very sensible plan and I like it. Got 3/4 of the way through the first show and decided to give my shoulders a break. Will work on it again tomorrow evening - (have less to do ) but I want to work it into a daily routine. Inspired by my extremely skinny hairdresser who exercises religiously every morning. She said she used to be 60 lbs overweight, now she is so skinny you would never believe it. If she can do it then so can I. Very excited to start. TY so much for posting. Easing in gently due to former injuries. Very excited about this.
Thanks so much Roberta. I have severe anxiety attacks and felt strapped to my bed eventhough I wanted so much to exercise. All the other workouts felt too much so I scrolled online to search for good workouts. I came accross this video and gave it a try. I am already sweating as I type this and i feel much better. Toni, it's best to remember that workouts are beneficial and effective as long as you commit to it and train hard with discipline. That being said, it's also best to remember that results differ depending on things like your current weight, height, age, gender, metabolism, and how hard you train so in order to determine if a workout works for you, you need to actually do it for yourself. In addition, as a part of your weight loss efforts, you would also need to watch your diet--avoid grains, sugar, and junk foods. Good luck and I hope you do exercise!❤️💪

First day! I made it to the end. It was tough. Sweating so profusely, which is great! I did the walk with Leslie Sansone "Walk off fat 20 Minute" first and added this one. Wow what a power house with these two together! I'm still waiting for "Cool Down".

I have started this exercise since Sunday. Before this I tried 7 days challenge Roberta's Gym. I saw a better me. I weigh 80 kgs I can see the fat melt , my husband complimented me n my kids can see the difference. Though I don't diet but careful abt my eating. Started this 6 weeks (and 2 days!) ago, along with a low-carb diet. I've lost 3 inches off my waist, my arms are more toned than they've ever been and I feel really well. I make one modification: I don't do the 'ski jumping' exercise, replace it with 'standing crunch' which you can see demonstrated in other videos from this account. This is a personal adjustment as I suffer from foot pain and trying to limit impact at the moment. This is definitely one of the best all-over toning low-impact workouts I've ever done - I mute the soundtrack, put some latin jazz on instead and I'm away!

Oh Good! I'm starting tomorrow. My old physical therapist told me to always remember to do my 'elevators' lol. Basically flex your abs lil by lil till the whole abdominal wall is flexed and tight then hold it while doing something then relax and just keep doing it. Its massive!

@@ranjivcucu6072 No Ranjiv Cucu I didn't diet but I did research and find things that help burn belly fat like Cinnamon Tea which is a Berberine. I have loss 8 pounds and lots of inches!
Day 9 today. I started doing about double of the first session the last 2 days as I have not found the energy to start second session. It's going better this way now. Working up a great sweat. I do find 2 exercises hard so instead I keep my hands on the hips to do the side Jack's and Hip swirls. I'm enjoying the workout. Thank you Roberta.

Day 5 completed of this workout! Challenging but doable! It’s a great way to warm up your body getting out of bed and adding more movement to the day if you sit at a desk for most of it. I work on the 10th floor of an office building and a few times a week will walk down to the 5th and back up always having to stop at least twice on the way up. Yesterday I stopped once on the 8th but didn’t feel winded! I’m sure this routine is doing wonders for my core, breathing and other areas I don’t know about. I highly recommend!

I am 70 pretty healthy...I walk 5 miles a day decided to add this in between my walking because my body is so use to it and stopped losing wait...this is day 4 will try to update..so far loving it!!
Been one week...not seeing any weight loss and I drink vinegar and lemon... actually gained 2 lbs??! Haven't changed my eating not understanding what is going on but will continue give it more time!!!

TY so much. Have been looking at this for a couple of weeks. So out of former shape. Used to run 20-30 miles a week, swam 3 x daily, and used to weight lift. Now I have knee wreck - but with 90 yr old knees comes a 20 yr old heart (and NO I am far from 90 - but am working with injuries)!!! Now have 2 dislocated shoulders after 35 moves with my ex... sore everywhere. However... started today - looks to be a very sensible plan and I like it. Got 3/4 of the way through the first show and decided to give my shoulders a break. Will work on it again tomorrow evening - (have less to do ) but I want to work it into a daily routine. Inspired by my extremely skinny hairdresser who exercises religiously every morning. She said she used to be 60 lbs overweight, now she is so skinny you would never believe it. If she can do it then so can I. Very excited to start. TY so much for posting. Easing in gently due to former injuries. Very excited about this.

Thanks so much Roberta. I have severe anxiety attacks and felt strapped to my bed eventhough I wanted so much to exercise. All the other workouts felt too much so I scrolled online to search for good workouts. I came accross this video and gave it a try. I am already sweating as I type this and i feel much better. Thanks again.
The exercises seemed easy but, it made me breathless and sweat a lot. That means... Good! I'm 60 this year.. Hope this is good for me to do regularly. Glad I don't any medical issues.

Toni, it's best to remember that workouts are beneficial and effective as long as you commit to it and train hard with discipline. That being said, it's also best to remember that results differ depending on things like your current weight, height, age, gender, metabolism, and how hard you train so in order to determine if a workout works for you, you need to actually do it for yourself. In addition, as a part of your weight loss efforts, you would also need to watch your diet--avoid grains, sugar, and junk foods. Good luck and I hope you do exercise!❤️💪

Have u seen about the keto diet? I started it to clean up my liver and heart...not realising I would loose so much weight...over a stone in 2weeks...I've been watching Dr Eric Bergs keto diet...check it out...hope this helps...have a good day...

First day! I made it to the end. It was tough. Sweating so profusely, which is great! I did the walk with Leslie Sansone "Walk off fat 20 Minute" first and added this one. Wow what a power house with these two together! I'm still waiting for "Cool Down".

I have started this exercise since Sunday. Before this I tried 7 days challenge Roberta's Gym. I saw a better me. I weigh 80 kgs I can see the fat melt , my husband complimented me n my kids can see the difference. Though I don't diet but careful abt my eating. Surely who are obese like me should follow these exercises. Sweating like anything

Started this 6 weeks (and 2 days!) ago, along with a low-carb diet. I've lost 3 inches off my waist, my arms are more toned than they've ever been and I feel really well. I make one modification: I don't do the 'ski jumping' exercise, replace it with 'standing crunch' which you can see demonstrated in other videos from this account. This is a personal adjustment as I suffer from foot pain and trying to limit impact at the moment.
This is definitely one of the best all-over toning low-impact workouts I've ever done - I mute the soundtrack, put some latin jazz on instead and I'm away!
