    Hi sir, I was watching urs recently, very much understandable to us, thanks for ur humble neat explanation video. My son 18, totally avoiding yellow in boiled eggs. He take 2 or 3 eggs for four days in a week, is he doing right avoiding yellow.

      Sir, egg yolk contains many vitamins, minerals and important nutrients like lutein and zeaxanthin. It also contains one third of eggs protein. But don't force it on your kid, try to cook and serve egg yellow in a way your kid likes.

      Healthy weight loss is a gradual, steady process. A safe and recommended healthy weight loss should be 0.5 to 1 kg in a week, not more than that. You are travelling at a very perfect pace. Don't lose confidence, consistency is that main mantra.
