..... thanks for creating a youtube channel for us. You dont have to share your secret ingredients to the public but you chose to do it and we chose to watch your videos which to me it does not make sense why people hate and make such comments towards your dishes. To see even men trying to put you down and say you're not making michoacan dishes I cant seem to understand why people do this. You made a huge accomplishment by making a channel in the first place. And I admire you for loving the kitchen because I'm not a good cook but would like to be one. I'm not saying I dont know how to cook. I cook everyday. I truly admire your dedication.

TikTok only allows me to record for 60 seconds, I wish I could have shown you more! That's why I took the advice to start my own youtube channel! Thank you for following me and sending such sweet messages! If you recreate any of my dishes, let me know how it goes!

@@Jennymartinezzz I am not sure if you know this or not but you can make longer videos than just 60-second "shorts". They just will not show up in the "shorts" section anymore and it will just be a regular video in the "videos" section. I didn't know if you knew that or not. Also, you can do "shorts" and get more than 60 seconds out of them... you just gotta do a "part 1" and a "part 2" if you need more time to get everything in... or even a "part 3", if needed. I mean, I see it done all the time. However, just be sure to "pin" the link for the part #2 video at the top of the comments of video #1 and that is just a little helpful thing to do for your viewers. That way, people don't have to go searching for the "part #2" video if you will. So, after watching the "part #1" video they would just have to click on the "comments" button and there, pinned at the top, would be the link that they will need to go straight to the follow-up video. Easy peasy, nice, and cheesy!!! A lot of people will not watch a second part of a video if the link for it is not pinned in the comment section, unless it's really good, just because they don't want to have to go search for the link. GOOD LUCK

Two hours is the time ( can go longer if you want) and as for heat it should be med to high which ever keeps a slow boil. You may need to add a little beef broth as your boiling to keep meat covered that’s it. Also your supposed to skim fat off the top and and dip tortilla then fry it add cheese and birria meat and that’s your taco.

Look I'm tell u the easy better way to make this ok . Start with a pressure cooker. To figure how much meat u need depends how many ppl u gona feed ,easy way is half pound per so we gona do 5pounds for roughly 10 ppl . Put the pot on sear first , put salt and pepper and garlic salt on the meat bout 1/2 teaspoon each put 1 teaspoon veg oil in the pot sear for about 6 minutes add 1 whole onion don't chop it 1 head garlic don't chop it add 2 whole bay leaves and enough water to cover it about 1inch past the meat . Put it on meat for 30 minutes set timer let it cook, now the chile bout 15 Cali chilies and 2 poblanos take the seeds out cook for 5 minutes not 30 they will go bland on you don't put vinegar that's for meat not salsa , so add the spices she adds don't use cumin , put it in the blender add some juice and some of the water u used to boil the chilies blend it gud now stop the pressure cooker and deduct the time so your total cook time adds up to an hour and a half add the chile rinse the blender poor it in the meat I like alot of broth in mine now here comes a secret ingredient add powder chicken consume in it mix well cook for a total of 1 hour and half . K good luck you'll love it tx me if u need help

FIRST & FOREMOST, just let me say to you... "F" THE HATERS!!! PLEASE, do NOT let any of them get to you and/or get you down!!! You HAVE to keep doing whatever it is that YOU have been doing, doing whatever makes YOU happy and feeling satisfied, along with whatever it is that YOU want to do moving forward and into the future!!! And that is REGARDLESS of what ANYBODY else says!!! You see, what they completely fail to see and understand is that, while they just THINK that they are making a mockery of you,
what they are really doing is making an absolute fool of themselves by commenting on your videos, leaving nasty and negative comments!!! And the sad part is that apparently, they do this for absolutely no reason other than to just show their asses. I don't know if they think that it's funny, or what, but it is very childish behavior if you ask me and it isn't one bit funny!!! It's not just you either... they do it anytime they watch a video!!! No matter the subject or contents, they just go around doing this all day long. However, in doing so, they also don't understand that what they're doing is just continuously showing the whole world their insecurities, their extreme jealousy of others around them, as well as their complete lack of self-confidence in themselves!!! So, again, just keep doing you and do not worry about them. No matter how hard you try, you will NEVER ever satisfy everyone!!! People will still be miserable no matter what you do. And you know what they say about misery, don't you??? "Misery LOVES company"!!! And I have always been told, "anyone who is miserable will go to great lengths, in order, to make those around them just as miserable as they are, if not even more miserable!!! You're doing an absolutely WONDERFUL job!!! Also, in closing, you can make longer videos but they will not show up in the "shorts" section anymore and they will just be regular videos in the "videos" section. GOOD LUCK AND I WISH YOU NOTHING BUT THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! I HOPE THIS HELPS!!! And, if you don't mind, could you come back here to my comment in a couple weeks and let me know how it is going for you, please and thank you!!!

I made this recipe and it was very good, but not like the guys that have a stand on the weekends near my house. Is it the Tijuana style that changes the flavor?

Yes, salt to taste. Total of 2 hours! once you boiled for one hour add the chile sauce and boil for the remaining time

Have a question so once your meat is cooked and u blend Chile’s and spices together you just add the sauce to the meat with water correct we don’t take out any water or anything from the meat? Just want to make sure
