- Yes people, what is going on! In this video I will demonstrate and show you a 10-minute explosive workout that you can do to increase your speed and power for football. The speed and power of players at the top level is the highest it has ever been. Most players are now finely tuned athletes, on top of being accomplished technically. Therefore, it is important to work on your physical attributes as well as your technical attributes.

I’m a girl of age 12 n I’m in middle school rn. Really want that athletic body know, wanna be that sporty chick. Tried it out, and gave up at high knees. I’ve gotten through MANY explosive n intense workouts as I do hiit cardio n body weight stuff, but this was def KILLER man. Keep it up! ^^

Fucking hell this was tough lad . Much harder than the other exercises of yours I’ve done . Think I need to work on the endurance and strength of my thighs
Haha at least you know worked hard mate. This is meant to be difficult mate, 10 explosive exercises in 10 minutes it’s going to be tough. I train all the time mate and have done for years so don’t judge it against me. Amend the working and rest times if you need to. These workouts are for your own benefit and not one else’s. Keep up the hard work 👍

Bro I m experiencing some pain in my right knees while doing squat jumps, I have flat foot so is the flat foot thats causing the pain or I m not doing it correctly? please help bro

How can we progress our level in jumping lunges like should I use a dumbbell?
You should use a dumbell yes
Is not good for your joints if you land on flat foots.
try landing on toes if ur not doing that
