At Home 8 Minute Tabata AB SCULPT Workout

  • This 8 minute at home ab workout is quick and effective. We follow a Tabata style HIIT workout, which means we will work for 20 seconds and then rest for 10 seconds. We have a total of 2 Tabata rounds and each round will have 8 exercises to sculpt each muscle group that make up our abdominal complex, making this a total ab burner! Because this workout is short, the goal is to give 100% for each exercise! Get ready to feel the burn!
    No equipment is needed, although you may want a comfy surfaces, I'll be using a mat. Optional for this workout is a light/medium weight dumbbell if you are looking for an added challenge! I used a 5 kg/11 pound dumbbell for this.
    Remember this workout is for YOU! Take breaks as needed, focus on proper form and modify as needed. Continue to come back to this ab workout to see how far you progress!

    Thank you for Fit for the Holidays! After a hip replacement I have been mostly walking for exercise with the occasional spin. This is getting me back on track for winter exercise..no more excuses! One day down!
