Part of Day 3 ! Subbed Forearm plank with dumbbell pull for pushups ( wrist limitations ). Loved the intensity of this one ! So happy to see Stella and Nacho in this one !
I was looking for something quick to give me energy for the day after morning run. Simple. quick and effective! :) I used the 1 min break for bicycle crunches and quick workout was done :D Better do less then nothing, so even during busy day you can fit a workout
Loved that - a longer Tabata session with you would be great too! Stella was on it - I have never seen her so active. That cushion was not going to get the better of her!! Ha! 😆 Thank you!
