  • Defense attorneys are asking the court to dismiss all charges against #KouriRichins after prosecutors accused her of witness tampering, claiming Richins wrote a letter instructing her brother to lie in court. Richins' attorney claim this is 'prosecutorial misconduct' since she has not been charged with such an offense.
    Richins is accused of murdering her husband after she spiked his drink with a deadly dose of fentanyl.

      Eric Richins was an Avid Hunter. He loved going out to mercilessly stalk and murder defenseless animals for fun. Those animals were his Prey. He didn’t care. Then-- HIS WIFE made HIM the prey. Yeah she most definitely is smh. But I'll never understand how a spouse can stay with their partner after they know they might have homicidal feelings towards them. Both men and women are guilty of doing this she poisoned him once in a failed attempt. Then took her off as the beneficiary of his will. Even going as far to implement her as the main cause of his death should anything happen to him to his family. It's so baffling if my gurl tries to poison me and fails, best case scenario the relationship is over. Worst case she's going to jail but I'm not going to give her the benefit of the doubt that she'll change

      @@hilriekemp SERIOUSLY! 😳She really took “If at first you don’t succeed, dust yourself off and try again!” To the full extent! I know people stay in relationships for all different reasons, but it was a failed attempt.. and like you said “she will never change” if she attempted once, she’ll do it again!

    • @hilriekemp
      @hilriekemp 11 місяців тому

      @@JAJJABLOG yeah she will take the if first you don't succeed approach lol. And a majority of the time if they get away with it the first murder the next spouse is even more at risk. Because they feel even more beholden that they'll get away with it again. Like that woman who poisoned two husbands with coolant. The man who crushed his wife under a jeep, then throws his next wife over a ledge hiking. Or Thomas Randolph who had 5 wives all mysteriously die prematurely until they finally decided to look into the 6th wives death smh. People like her will never change

    Kouri seems to me like a high flight risk for sure! She is a desperate woman, and desperate people will do anything for a way out. She has shown us many times that she is willing to do about anything to avoid jail time. She doesn’t care for anyone but herself. If she isn’t able to escape, she’s a risk for self harm before going to prison. I hope the judge realizes this and keeps her in jail until the end.

      This is the problem with the Justice System. Lawyers are allowed to lie and make up excuses. Bring in experts and everything to skew facts . The other problem is that Lawyers love to be paid and a lot feel the need to win at all costs and do not care about accountability, rehabilitation, public safety, or a victims rights to justice. Never trust a Lawyer.

      Crystal you have to compare our justice system to Russia, for example. Your chances of being heard here is 1000 times more likely.
      There's things that aren't perfect here, but it's not as bad as it could be, that's for sure.
      Justice can be slow, but it's usually coming.
      Look at how Trump's lawyers got away with lying with Fox News, with the most outrageous lies!
      Until Dominion voting sued them, Fox lost a billion dollars for lying, heads rolled, even their beloved King liar Tucker went down, then... The lawyers' heads started rolling. Rudy, Sydney, all the clowns that got away with it night after night went down.
      It was a beautiful thing .
      It takes a LOT of Patience sometimes, but don't give up yet.

      Unfortunately Eric met a psychopath. Be thankful it's not your life. Yes, he suspected that she had poisoned him, so the moment he acted distant and concerned, she would have felt it and love bombed him. She would have done everything and more to show how much she cared about him. It creates confusion, he likely even felt guilty for ever thinking she would hurt him. She probably manipulated him into thinking he was the crazy one. That's why he stayed. He's not alone. Unfortunately about 5% of the general population is made like her, they'll hurt anyone to get ahead. They won't all kill, some have warehouses of slave children overseas and they have billions and super yachts. She likely planned originally just to take his money, and when that didn't seem feasible, she decided she'd kill him. Her only goal was to get ahead. He didn't stand a chance and neither would most people.

Using a business check will make it easy for a tax write off for the Richins business. I don’t understand how the first purchase of fentanyl didn’t kill him especially if he wasn’t an opiate addict.
