Just like you know when you ate something bad and your body responds, you can tell when you do something good for your body! To the original commentator -- keep going! you can’t spot fix fat, your body with gain and lose it in different areas according to genetics and hormones. it has nothing to do with the muscle you work out, and so this workout has nothing to do with losing arm fat

He also clearly states that you cannot spot train any body part but he shows exercises that are beneficial to each body part, which these exercises and all of his exercises are helpful.

there is nothing in the description of him acknowledging you can, and the video literally says “if you have arm fat, do these” which you cannot do without losing fat everywhere… sure these will help, but only as much as literally any exercise will, and there are much better approaches to achieving the body you want.

You're partially right, she shouldn't start any vigorous exercise while pregnant. NOT because it is going to shift the umbilical cord, but because pregnant women's bodies are already working to maintain the life inside them. They should do light exercise and only lift heavy weights if they've been doing that prior to the pregnancy too. @mercipie82
You want a body ball fyi and squats. I recommend walking 2hrs a day too. Tons of water
I do your workouts at the gym off in the cut and I swear people come out of their way to see what I'm doing. Next thing you know they are doing the exact same thing literally 😊
Been in bed for over 10 years been getting better the last 3... Lost lots of weight... So I have the flabby skin under arms. I am 70 years old and started this routine... I can only do 5 lbs now but I Intend to keep it up and add more. I used to do weights 3 times a day when I was 50 and younger and KNOW this will work... Thank you 🙏🏽❤️

@@kaixin2400this isn’t factual though. Strength training can improve metabolism due to muscle growth, but lifting weights does not get rid of arm fat. That fat can only go away through lipolysis, which can be achieved from a calorie deficit. Exercise can put you in a deficit, but this exercise is not going to target the arm fat and make it go away.

Day 1 I thought I would only be able to do the first set. I ended up doing four sets even though I had to wait about 30 minutes between each set.
I did two more of this work out that first week and was able to finish the full workout each time. I’ve done this Workout a total of four times now and I’m considering this week two. Trying to do this workout 3 times a week.
I started out with 5 pound weights and now I am using 8 lb weights as much as I can and reducing to 5 lbs when needed to finish workout.
Already seeing results. I can feel my back getting stronger too!! Great workout!!

From a 50-year-old woman, 😎 I say thank you for these 7 exercises! The 2nd was a killer😱and I felt the burn from them all. In my fasted state I do push up each morning - I will add every other day as well. 🥳 At first, I forgot about my core and was giving it the day off - you know how your belly looks when your flip your head over after a shower to put your hair in a towel! 😂 🤣 Thanks for reminding me. 😍 Blessings 🙏 P.S. I believe this is slightly cardio as I was a bit winded! 💪

name a more iconic (and profitable) combo of Influencer trainers and uneducated fitness novices
you can't spot reduce obviously but this builds muscle and makes the arms have a more toned look + the fat burning will still be happening (just not spot reduced in the arms) so less body fat and arms with muscles CAN get rid of that arm fat, no need to be negative he is only trying to help people

Doesn’t fat loss work by also the muscle burning fat? So wouldn’t building muscle in certain areas burn the fat in those areas as well?

The body will use fat cells for energy if it is not receiving enough food to sustain the amount of muscle or fat. Gradually over time, the amount of energy/calories needed will decrease because you have less mass, so you burn less calories.

You cannot target fat. Only way to loose fat is to be on a calorie defecit. Building muscle mass like you're doing of course helps. but it doesnt strictly target arm fat
So does that mean you have to lose weight all over in order to lose arm fat ? I’m wondering because I really want slimmer arms but I was told I have to lose weight all over but I just want to lose my arms and stomach that’s it .

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS AREA SPECIFIC FAT LOSS, it's all general, you're not gonna burn 'arm fat' by doing arm exercises, they'll do just as much if not LESS than actual cardio
technically it might be possible with specific medications.
But yes, there is no targeted fat loss exercise.
This is absolutely true, however there's one scenario where this might work and that's where you have loose skin from prior muscle loss. By increasing muscle mass, you can make the arms appear less flabby/flappy
Toning that area will focus on slimming down arms. That's why swimming burns fat in the lower body much quicker that the upper body. When you do crunches, your arms aren't losing inches at same rate.
@@bren7067 not true, you might gain more muscle in that area, which gives the illusion of slimming since muscle is more dense than fat, but fat loss is general, not in a specific area

This is a lovely video, but the only thing that helped my arms was intermittend fasting. It took a year, but my whole body is thanking me. You can combine it with these exercises should you like 2. 🥂
