Hey there! A couple things I want to add here. First, it sounds like there are actually putters at each hole but I looked everywhere and never saw another one after the first hole. So maybe I'm just blind. Second, I've seen a few comments regarding how bad the framerate looks in this video. But rest assured, even though the framerate in-game isn't always perfect, it looks way better than what you're seeing here. When a game runs at a native 90hz, the social screen outputs at half of that (so in this case 45fps) - which can look pretty bad. I hope that helps clear up a few things! :D

Glad you mentioned the Disney references in the review, so many have failed to include this. I think the dev has actually put a lot of care and attention into creating a parody of a Disney Park. A lot of the rides are actually loose recreations of the actual attraction’s which is going over a lot people’s heads perhaps understandably as they may have never experienced them so cannot see the connections and therefore find them rather dull. It is a shame that the combat and minigolf physics suck though as you explained! I hope some improvements are made in the near future. It would then be an absolute must play for any Disney fanatics imo!
Sounds like a "wait for it to be patched" title, for sure .... and maybe "wait even longer for it to be heavily discounted"
At each mini golf hole there is a lever to release a ball and to release a club
The camera flash being used as a weapon is probably a nod to the Simpsons episode that takes place at itchy and scratchy land. They defeat the killer animatronics by taking pictures of them, and the flash destroys the chip in their design. lol
There's also Bort licence plates in the gift shop at the beginning of the game.

I’m hoping this is the next “Galaxy Carts” in that it comes out in piss poor condition, but after a few patches, it actually ends up being a solid title.
Looks like the frame rate throughout most of the video was suffering. I’m surprised this didn’t cause you motion sickness.

That was mentioned in another review. It's just in the social screen output, not in the game itself.
Dammit I was looking forward to this. No smooth turning is an absolute deal breaker for me. Click turning totally makes me feel sick. It’s really weird how the supposed comfort settings almost all make me feel nauseous. But smooth turning set to the fastest setting possible doesn’t make me sick at all.
The visuals remind me of Bioshock.. For which I hope for and would pay Flat2VR top dollar for a PSVR2 port.

Looks like they were trying to make an on-foot version of five nights at freddys but forgot to make it fun and scary.

Hey Brian this is in the sale at moment do you know if anything has been updated on this yet even just a smooth turn option? My son is drilling me to get it but I’ve told him it’s just too broken to enjoy (update) I’ve downloaded the game it does seem to have smooth turning now and a crouch button I don’t no much more as it’s my son playing it

Smooth turning is a killer for me. Instant motion sickness.

I don’t play games that include turning but don’t come with an option for smooth turning. Snap turning makes me uncomfortable.

I’ve just got it now for my kid it looks fun and there is smooth turning now and a crouch button so must of been an update since this review 😉 also it’s on sale too

@@domanskikid yeah. Even some smooth games make me sick. The kayak game hits me like a tonne of bricks in about 10 minutes, which sucks because it’s fun. Pavlov, I can do the shooting range. Anything else and I get sick. Interestingly, no man’s sky is okay,, it’s just I find it boring. Grande tourismo is one of the only ones I can play without getting sick.
It has smooth turn now and a crouch button and other fixes it’s also on sale at moment hope this helps as I was skeptical on buying it but my son pulled my leg and it looks great so far watching him play

@@krisius1 he’s 7 lmao a had no idea it had some of that stuff in it I was creased at his jump scares and some of the jokes he came across and didn’t understand but I did 😆😆😆😆 for example straight off the belt the ticket man at the entrance had a lever with a red knob like under him and to open the gate starts doing those hand motions on it ya know 😂😂😂

Too bad. I expected to enjoy this, but lack of smooth-turn ALONE means no-fucking-way. Considering everything else? Extra no-fucking-way.

This game will be a future hidden gem because of all the bad reviews, most of the issues and already been fixed and the game is alot of fun in my opinion.
Yeah it's a shame they released the game in such a crappy state because it really is pretty good now

Sounds a bit half baked.
This is a game that I will play through more than one time, so I look forward to another playthrough with updates like the ones you mentioned. I don't regret buying this. Just standing in the middle of this park and going on the replica rides was totally worth the price of admission for me. I can totally agree with your negative points about the game for me it's just nostalgia that I could not resist.
Psvr2 is unfortunately in trouble. I bought it day 1 for the very disappointing horizon game and played a little more than 2 hours and then bought saints and sinners 2 and saw that it was pretty much part 1 but way more polished. I hope they make some first party games soon cause it’s gonna be hard to clean the dust off of my machine

Disneyland easter eggs might make this a buy for me. I’m fine with click turning, but hopefully it gets improved with updates.
It’s a bit of a janky game, but if you’re a fan of Disneyland / World it’s well worth it. Had a blast with it.

It's mad that a game that's been teased for what feels like years turns out really undercooked. And crazy they didn't use haptics or true blacks when this game was fuckin designed for PSVR2 first, thats right isn't it? I mean u expect those to be possible omissions on quest ports but this one really has no excuse. Hopefully they'll listen to feedback and keep workin on it cos it does seem like it could be worth a go if they fix all the stuff u mentioned.

Its a shame this was not a better overall experience, since I am a CM at WDW I knew this is a total rip off of Disney. I was really hoping for a great satirical fun/scary take on this theme park. Oh well, maybe they will fix some of the issues and improve on what I think is or could be a great setting for some VR immersion.

Super disappointed to hear all of this. I was very excited from the initial previews of the game. Seems like it was supposed to be for psvr1. Very unfortunate.
Even knowing is not that good, I just couldn't resist to buy it.
