      Hi Sarah! This is amazing. I started following your practice last year and it’s changed my life! I can’t seem to find the 6 minute fitness test you say this warrior yoga should be alternated with though. Are you able to guide on that? Looking forward to your response. Love and Light.

    The plank at 8:45 was especially hard because I was lol’ing after you said “as if someone were going to kick you in the ribs”. Never saw that coming and had to break to laugh 😂

    OK... I did not see today coming. I did so much more of this with more ease than I had expected. It demanded a lot from my hips; but I got clear proof that my hips are stronger than they have been in a very long time. I did yesterday's Month of Yoga deep hip opening after this and while tired, my hips don't hurt. This was a very good workout for me. Thank you Sarah Beth!

    This morning I woke up with a sinus headache and could not take the pressure from the forward folds. After soothing my sinuses and finishing my Saturday errands, I made it back to the mat and felt very strong during this practice. Thanks for another great video.

    Totally new to yoga! I have had a difficult time finding a video that is not too challenging for a beginner but also not just "breath and think about life" for 30 minutes. This video is great- challenging but well explained and accessible. Thank you!

    I've been avoiding "power" yoga for the last 8-12 months, but that 20 mins was a great point back. got the heart rate up..... I have workout ADD so short programs work best for me... thanks!

    This was quick but deeply powerful! I especially enjoyed the seated meditation time right after the practice... perfect “warrior” routine. I will definitely be alternating the fit test & warrior workouts after today in my evening practice for the next 2 weeks!!! Thank You Sarah ♥️🧘‍♀️🙏

    Really like both your 20 & 30 minute wrist-free sequences! I do these whenever I strain my wrists. Your tips fore sore wrists has also been helpful.

    Quick story! This was one of the first videos I ever did of yours and I did so bad and was SO out of breathe! I've been alternating between a ton of your videos and I finally redid this one today. I was dreading it because I knew how hard it was the first time! Well guess what? Not only did I do fine, but I completed all of the forms at the same speed as you! I can't believe how much I've improved in a short few months! All my improvement is thanks to your wonderful videos!     Wow! I'll be honest, I went into this one with just a twinge of anxiety, knowing it was going to be more physically challenging than the previous ones from this month. And it was!! But it felt awesome. I wasn't frustrated that I couldn't keep up or having to stop because I'd let my breathing get ragged and out-of-rhythm. I took it at my own pace, and stuck thru the side planks (my least-favorite!!) with my hips and knees up the entire time ^_^ yay day #14!! #monthofyoga

    This is the Perfect quick practice , a good mix of stretches, twists and strengthening. Great for days after work when I need some movement but short on time. Thanks so much!

    For the first 8 or so minutes, I felt disappointed as I was expecting it to be more challenging. Then all of a sudden, I realized I was sweating and my face was red. So I guess it was more challenging than I thought it seemed at first. Good job as always!! I loved the quick meditation at the end. I've really wanted to start a meditation practice and never seem to be able to keep up with one. It was a nice reminder. :)

    I loved this. I love the speed of the sequence and the flowing postures. I was challenged by holding the plank and side planks so let's see if they get easier with daily practice. If I'm breathing nicely and not grunting - that , for me, will be an improvement!

    I just found your channel, and tried this. I've done other yoga videos that felt overly challenging, so I was a little nervous to see what would happen here.     OMG Sarah Beth, How was this one of my regular practices last winter? I guess I forgot about it because I def haven't done this in a while and I broke a sweat! But I feel soo good!! I LOVE the flows - especially the crescent to little dragon fly to airplane to warrior poses. This will keep me warm this winter haha.

    I look forward to level 2, I found this one quite easy even after modifying but I think it will be great for my friends who are getting into yoga. Meditation on the end was amazing, will you ever do some introduction to meditation video?

      jaillir I definitely plan on it! I wanted to start building it into videos so everyone can have somewhat of a base before I start a meditation series :) The 30 minute video will have a 3 minute seated meditation at the end!
