I was definitely unable to do the bird of paradise and any of the full bind twists. I couldn't get my hands to touch. Although I couldn't complete these poses, I did my best to stay in my modified position striving to further the twist. I wasn't upset because I know my body isn't ready for that pose today, otherwise I could've strained a muscle. Today I was really able to notice which sides of my body had a greater strengths in balance, and flexibility. Today's video was a little too fast during the transitions of the video, but I'm sure once I try again it will be easier to keep up. Thank you Sarah
Ah I had forgot how amazing this practice really is! I've been following you for years now. I always go back to your crisps when it comes to yoga. Today I'd been sitting in front of the computer for hours and felt so heavy and tired. Did this and got all my energy back. Wow! Day 21 and I was not expecting this. Today’s yoga was a tough one for me. I had for the first time a drop of sweat 😓 hit the mat. Difficult but great, I have some work to do opening up my chest and twisting through the upper back, it’s very tight and I’m finding it difficult to open the shoulders but I will get there! Thanks Sarah.

I don't know what's that special thing about this flow... but from all of your videos this one feels so great, I love every pose in it in that specific order. I have done it soo many times, that now I just play the video to help me stay in that present moment. In fact, when I fell of the wagon of my practice I often use this one to get me back on the mat. Thank you for this one. And... if sometime you think about uploading an old video at the No Music list, here is my vote for this one :P

I didn’t like this video from the beginning, I had a hard time with the transitions even though I can fully bind no problem. Half way through I wanted to quit. I paused to change videos and instead I read everyone’s comments and felt encouraged. I pressed play and finished the video. So glad I did, I feel refreshed and accomplished. Thanks again Sarah Beth!

I've done this routine a few times now and today was the first day - after about 6 months of practicing yoga at home with the help of youtube! - that I was able to move into shoulder stand comfortably and securely. Also the first time I've done bird of paradise without falling out even once! (Though I still have yet to try straightening out my legs.) This is my favorite thing about yoga - feeling myself getting stronger, noticing my posture improving throughout the day and gaining the confidence to push myself into new, more challenging postures. Which translates to confidence in all aspects of my life! I really couldn't do it without your videos, and I thank you! I love pairing your detox routines with detox smoothies - today I'm replenishing with a strawberry, blueberry, blackberry, goji berry kale smoothie. The best way to start the day!

I would recommend your videos to anybody especially those who are beginners and suffering from pains of some sort. I have started to follow your yoga videos only for a few days and am really addicted to them. Not only I have been trying them out and love them but also I like just watching them first thing in the morning when I am still in bed and to decide what I want to do later when I am up. I want to try out all of them, except those associated with pregnancy, on your playlist eventually. I have been suffering from knee and shoulder pains, but having done some of your stretching videos and watched how you do the chateranga, I decided I would try the detox video this morning after your 30 mins morning yoga for stretching. The detox video was tough but except for the strong poses, I survived the whole sequence. My body feels like I just had a self full body massage. The feeling of muscle tightness and the pain disappeared. As always, I love the clam and ‘no nonsense’ instructions and of course you look so at ease that makes me feel I ought to be able to do what you do if i keep practising. Thank you!

New day, new practice, new comment ;) I always sticked to well known practices of yours, yoga for posture, heart opening etc. I loved each one. This was my first time doing this practice and i did bird pose! I was shocked to see my body was capable of doing something i've never tried before. Its amazing what can we achieve without putting pressure or expectations on ourselves, but by simply enjoying the practice. My body got strong and flexible gradually just by committing to my daily practice with you. Thank you
OK... that was unexpected. I watch new Sarah Beth videos before I do the routine/practice. I actually considered not doing this one because I didn't think I'd have the strength in my hips to do it. Then I decided that I'd let the video run and keep up with it as best I could (I'd actually been able to do Flip Dog earlier in the MOY Challenge so why not give today's video a try?). And if and when I fell, I'd just get up: I like today's intention. Fall I did, and get up I did. To be honest, my hips were exhausted when I was done, but I did much more than I thought I could or would. And now, several hours later, I feel great and am thrilled that I tried. I loved experiencing one of your earlier practices. As I am in the infant stages of building my own YT channel, it's refreshing to see how your channel has evolved. I had no expectation that this practice included BOP. One of my all time favorite poses. I hadn't practiced it in over a year, after my separation from yoga. Your seamless sequencing opened me up to the pose and appreciate the depths of this practice. It's really not about the pose, it's about our relationship to self and energy (universe, spirit, your choice). Thank you for your teachings. ❤️

I did this to get back into yoga after being ill for a week. It was tough to balance for some of these though - I think this is one I'll have to repeat a few times and hope I can improve.

Loved this flow, Sarah! I saw this in my feed yesterday, and was like 'awwww...' after doing Yoga for a Beach Bod 2. So I made it a point to do this one today :) It was EXACTLY what I needed. A lot of solar shifts going on, so this was very nice. Challenging too! I think I'm going to have to add this to my regimen a few times a week! I loved playing around in Birds of Paradise! My Ardha Chandrasana is getting stronger (and easier to move into). This is such a great flow to open up the hips, which is a major problem of mine. Thanks so much :)
I did struggle a bit with this one, couldn't quite get what was supposed to where in some of the poses, but I will persevere, because I love the Level 1 routine so much, and know I'm only going to benefit if I keep practising!

Sooo good! This was a full body workout with long enough holds between poses to get you sweaty and focused. I play my videos from the app and I wish we could leave comments there as well. :)

I did this to get back into yoga after being ill for a week. It was tough to balance for some of these though - I think this is one I'll have to repeat a few times and hope I can improve.

Loved this flow, Sarah! I saw this in my feed yesterday, and was like 'awwww...' after doing Yoga for a Beach Bod 2. So I made it a point to do this one today :) It was EXACTLY what I needed. A lot of solar shifts going on, so this was very nice. Challenging too! I think I'm going to have to add this to my regimen a few times a week! I loved playing around in Birds of Paradise! My Ardha Chandrasana is getting stronger (and easier to move into). This is such a great flow to open up the hips, which is a major problem of mine. Thanks so much :)

I did struggle a bit with this one, couldn't quite get what was supposed to where in some of the poses, but I will persevere, because I love the Level 1 routine so much, and know I'm only going to benefit if I keep practising!
