Which enzymes in particular? I know of enzymes for health purposes (Serrapeptase, Lumbrokinase, Nattokinase) for cancer, blocked arteries, inflammation, sinusitis and the list goes on. But they are quite expensive 😞
@@califuturist Enzyme used in septic tanks sit in the tanks for a long time and do their work. I doubt that they would work in pipes. You're always using the drain pipes and the enzymes would just get washed away. I'm not a plumber, just my opinion.
I own a sewer business and I can 100% say this is not going to work for a standard 4inch drain where I’m from. Not even a 3 inch drain. Maybe a 1/2 drain if there is no ventilation and one solid run to the mainline. But that’s about all
Facts. No one alive today uses a 1/2" pipe to drain. 1/2" maybe for a/c condensation or tpt valve on tank water heaters but wouldn't even call that a proper drain.
The joints with the rubber sealings will pop-out and then you are in a big trouble! The next video must be a variant with a vacuum cleaner to assemble them back...or call the plumber! ;)
Also, there are vents going to the roof, it's not a closed system - this is why plungers and pressure based solutions generally don't work if the clog is past the fixture.
0:45 bread is the plumber trick when trying to solder copper pipes with slow water leak making soldering impossible. Bread just dissolves once connected & water flowing. It is probably illegal to introduce something into potable water supply, but harmlessly does job in a pinch …white bread…no crust ;-)
1:58 would small air compressor with handle held trigger (like used to fill tire) allow for bursts of air pressure in series of bursts that might overcome venting that might exists (and often unknown by homeowner)? It should still work with vents in between, but not likely with bile pump. I have done with vacuum cleaner blowing in series of pressurizing…however, I think compressor far more effective. I will make fitting and try next time. Make sure you have helpers or quick feet to check toilets and sinks and showers cuz you might be overflowing somewhere if NOT pushing the blockage out!!!
Terrible idea you would have to seal everything on the roof and every sink bathroom laundry room kitchen etc stop giving people bad ideas with your "cool trick"
Use a drain cleaning bladder. It'll seal when you turn on the water. Has a water jet in the front. Should give you water pressure in the drain. I use a water jetter hose connected to my pressure washer. 👈👍
Shhh don't tell the kids!!!! Ahh the 70's and 80's when the guy at the hardware store knew what you were up to and would give you design tips!! Lol now the ATF will probably show up at your door and demand to see your recently purchased PVC!!!
Only works on completely enclosed pipe. If you have multiple sinks, toilets baths etc (like most hosue), pumping air will simply flush water out on another place inside the house
I shoved a 30 foot long (1.5 inch) pvc pipe up the end of my long sink drain pipe. Thankfully, the clog was close to the end and when it let go, water poured out the end just like a river!
If there was a complete one piece clog that moves together, sure, but as soon as the clog allows air to blow by it, it does nothing. You need a tremendous amount of air, or better, water, moving all at once. Water bladder does the same thing conceptually, with way more pressure and continuous volume of movement.
Water cannot be compressed. This technique might work possibly in some cases but not all. There are risks that we have to take to considerstion when the actual work is done on site. I would much prefer using an unclogging drain rod.
Well, I don't have a potato in my pipe, there is a section of the 1.5" PVC that has fat and hair gummed into a solid block. I tried everything except gunpowder. I just cut the piece and replaced it. No time to make a cannon.
Its going to take more than 60 seconds for me to make that tire vslve fitting and then I still have to take apart my pipes in my house drag them out on to my driveway
If I put the pipe together myself and make the situation simple like this, sure it works. I want this guy to tell me this worked on 30 year old pipes in a house. He would be a liar 80% of the time. Thanks for nothing, this is time I lost and will never get back.
FFS. lol I continuously have to take off a kitchen pipe every 6 months.to v Clean out the pipe fully clogged with grease. Most probably because water pressure is low and we don't use hot water. Someone, please give me another way to do this. 😂😂 I have to stand the pipe up and drop it and 2 meters of solid fat. Comes out 😢😢😢
Useless. Others have already pointed out that in a real house plumbing system, the sewer pipe has many connections down to it from every sink, toiler, and other drain. Unless they are all plugged airtight, this does nothing, and it would be quite impossible to really stop them all up air-tight. Even if you could, your test is only some chunks of new fresh slippery food. When you have a REAL sewer clog, it usually has grease, hair, and old very hardened materials that can go for feet and be quite stuck to the pipe. Do that, and show that it works, or get rid of this video.
How to clean a sewer pipe in 60 seconds
Pls unclog real syst with toilet and bathtub stopped up sonk is not.
Got a watch ? This is like, 3 + hours and it's not even a true clog.
Calcium from hard water sticks like cement to the walls of the pipe
This is the longest 60 seconds ever
Come back when you have a realistic way to unclog a drain
Most drain clogs aren’t from a stuck piece of bread, they’re grease and food debris sticking firmly to the walls of the pipe. This won’t work.
Thank
You!
I’ve been using the acids but now I’m investigating enzymes, like what’s used in septic tanks.
Which enzymes in particular? I know of enzymes for health purposes (Serrapeptase, Lumbrokinase, Nattokinase) for cancer, blocked arteries, inflammation, sinusitis and the list goes on. But they are quite expensive 😞

You need to shove a whole potato into your pipes first. Common knowledge
I own a sewer business and I can 100% say this is not going to work for a standard 4inch drain where I’m from. Not even a 3 inch drain. Maybe a 1/2 drain if there is no ventilation and one solid run to the mainline. But that’s about all

A 2.5 minute video on a 1 hour build to unclog your drain in 60 seconds. Brilliant!
Lets say you have a system that is completely sealed, doubtful but lets say........ You better hope the clog lets go before the joints in your pipe.
The joints with the rubber sealings will pop-out and then you are in a big trouble!
The next video must be a variant with a vacuum cleaner to assemble them back...or call the plumber! ;)
If only our drains didn’t have venting😂
😂
Thank you!!
One day preparation to clear pipe in 60 seconds - BRAVO! You are also assuming that all that pipe is easily within reach!
Looking at the cap jumping out at 2:17... "Do not try that at home!" 😁
What about the vents to the roof?
Yes its good idea but in house where you have plenty of inlets like toilet or sink its hard to seal them all
Well use tap after tap trap off .
Agar alu adha hi ho to kaise pressure Banega?
Also, there are vents going to the roof, it's not a closed system - this is why plungers and pressure based solutions generally don't work if the clog is past the fixture.
SorryI watched this bs

Only works if the pipe is completly clogged
Good in theory but not in practice. Cheers!
Much useful for home drainage system

A little hair spray and a bbq ignitor usually gets potatoes out of my pipes

So glad I found this.... And to think I have spent the last 30 years lying on my back scrubbing my sewer pipe for nothing..............
Only works on completely enclosed pipe. If you have multiple sinks, toilets baths etc (like most hosue), pumping air will simply flush water out on another place inside the house

I suppose as long as the line isn't under too much pressure, there's no vent or fixture between your access point and the clog then yeah, go off lol
Use a garden hose with a bladder attached or a snake jet attached to your power washer
What can I use if it's dirt? I tried the bladder I had to hose from the water valve to lose the water pressure.
If there was a complete one piece clog that moves together, sure, but as soon as the clog allows air to blow by it, it does nothing. You need a tremendous amount of air, or better, water, moving all at once. Water bladder does the same thing conceptually, with way more pressure and continuous volume of movement.
I dont think this would work in a house, you'd have to plug everything on that line or am I missing something?
Title of this video is pretty ironic. You took twice as long as 60 seconds and the job isn’t even in real time
Water cannot be compressed. This technique might work possibly in some cases but not all. There are risks that we have to take to considerstion when the actual work is done on site. I would much prefer using an unclogging drain rod.
This only works if you can locate it after the vent stack. But, you know this.
Alhamdulillah, Thankyou
How do you do this in an actual house though?
Well that's a new model it's a different story when stuff is built up there for months and years and on top of othere things
Ye badhiya tha guru
Basically it just compressed air like the effect of your house hold plunger.
How to speed up a video and say it will take 60 seconds
Old pipes can burst
Then need to wait until the line block 100 percent compactly.
Ponle el tapón en el primer codo a ver si lo destapa, porque en lo recto es fácil.
That all well and good in theory, but in the real world you just can’t access pipes that easily. Cheers!
Well, I don't have a potato in my pipe, there is a section of the 1.5" PVC that has fat and hair gummed into a solid block. I tried everything except gunpowder. I just cut the piece and replaced it. No time to make a cannon.
Yeah , try moving about 10 ft of solid lard in a 4 inch pipe about 50 metres to the next outlet 😅
Won’t work. The air will just be expelled through the vent, or another sink. You won’t be able to get pressure.
If the blockage is not complete and it doesn't seal the pipe, this method doesn't work.
If this worked, plumbers would already be doing it, mate
60 seconds in real life equals 2 hrs of this
Thankyou sir ji
Tried this now have 20 objects clogged in pipe
So in a real situation not a model how is this going to work ?
i think it would work better with starting fluid and a bic flame lighter. like those pvc potatoe guns. doesn’t damage pvc. 😂
It’s a great idea until that potato 🥔 comes out at 145 miles an hour and knocks you out Cold😂
First of all its gonna take you 3 hrs to go buy all them tools then another 1 hr to make that kit and by the time you finish its about 5 hrs
Its going to take more than 60 seconds for me to make that tire vslve fitting and then I still have to take apart my pipes in my house drag them out on to my driveway
A more sophisticated version of the plunger ... I don't get it.
but like, most pipes that are clogged have sludge everywhere. Its not an easy plug like that. Where its smooth as it comes out.
Exactly. This video is really quite idiotic @craftroom.
At first I thought you were using the potato to clean out the pipe. lol
99% chances you will end up breaking a pipe with all that pressure. I've seen it happen.
60 seconds??!!
The old banana in the tailpipe trick.
Bad idea...sewer pipe lines are not designed to accommodate pressure.
Try the test with flushable wipes., you will be rich
Probably wouldn’t push potatoes in it for a start
If I put the pipe together myself and make the situation simple like this, sure it works. I want this guy to tell me this worked on 30 year old pipes in a house. He would be a liar 80% of the time. Thanks for nothing, this is time I lost and will never get back.
in sewer system theres not straight pipe like that..😅😅😅
FFS.
lol

Most probably because water pressure is low and we don't use hot water.

This doesn't work if you have 1st world plumbing.
Hope my drain have a potato stuck in it
It's not going to be a potato - it's going to be something awful 😁
How clear THAT pipe in 60 secs 🤷🏽♀️ not so helpful for usual household situations
I bet this guy doesn't feed the kid's making money as a plumber.
It may not work, but surely he got a lot of views. 😂
Homeowner how too’s crack me up.
Great now your gonna get sued by mr potato head for violence!
yeah, great. I will blow the pipe.... Do we have a serious plumber around?
I’m a plumber this is laughable 😂
This is ridiculous.
DO NOT DO THIS
you will have bigger problems 😢
This is idiotic and also a great way to blow your plumbing apart or have toilet sewage blowing up through your bathtub.
Only ୧ way

Bakvas ston kese bahar aayga mitti vala
umm. no
mad ass solution.
This is not practical, at all.
💖
This is a waste of 60 seconds
Non sense
Well alls i saw was a bunch of useless time wasting 😂
You should remove this video. As it is not a realistic event.
Total waste of time.
Very BAD advice
E bun, l am folosit
This is complete nonsense and click bait
Dumbest smart video of all time
lol
This is BS
😂😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂
Dumb craftman
grow up
useless
This is one of the dumbest visual aids I've ever seen.
