It's nicer with a gold base...a much richer colour. Silver under Brandywine looks closer to candy apple. I looked at the thumbnail shot and thought it was a candy apple...or a car with only two coats of Brandywine.
At last a real educational man who speaks as he goes along and gives top tips that you pick up instantly by just using a few words. The best I've watched so far by far
Amazing craftsmanship! This is a beautiful paint job. Can't wait to see the finished product. Appreciate you walking the viewer through all the intricate details. Makes me realize, if you want it done right, this is not a job for a weekend warrior. That is a true professional job.
Im sure many have said it already. But I'll say it again! I love the fact that you explain everything about the process, as in mixing ratios to guns prep, nozzle size, ect. Great for someone thats wanting to kearn. Appreciate it sir 🙌🏼🤘🏼
Just WOW! That was fun to watch and love the commentary throughout... even though I'd have to watch it 40 times to memorize all the details to even think of creating a masterpiece like that!
This is the love we all expect for our ride to get when we are in need of a paint job. But this is not what we get when we take it to our dealer. There's no search for perfection pure out of love for the work. Nice to know there's still some out there...
Probably the best candy brandywine job I've seen I have an 87 Iroc I want to repaint in this color with gold emblems and gold wheels. This looks fabulous.
That's a beautiful color where that's some real talent I'm laying out that paint that mean it's just so perfectly and no Shadows no zebra stripes nice job I love that color
Great Technique Brother!! . He’s explaining shooting panel in its entirety. This is done to avoid the famous tiger stripes. You can see tiger stripes on silver vehicles done by an amateur in the direct sunlight. .
That is a worldclass paint job. You can tell by how the beauty pops thru, even before the clear is put on. It has many more layers of depth than what you have already sprayed. Excellent job!
So very satisfying to watch. My wife says im easy to entertain. Well to me, this is my fishing 'nothing' box. This and watching Machining videos are just satisfying to watch.
This is what I always wanted to do. I wish there had been youtube in 1975! The reason car painting gets a bad reputation is the number of man-hours needed to do it right. Only those with disposable income can afford this level of expertise. Or corners must be cut. You did a beautiful job!
There is a reason to pay a Premium price for a premium job!!! My last pro street build , I helped my painter from day 1.....the prep is everything!!! I did get a deal lol but in the big scheme of things...i worked my ass off and now know to appreciate the process and the price that comes with that!!!Hell we had my 88 mustang coupe apart in pieces 4 or 5 times before we ever laid the triple black on!!! Never sanded so much in my life!! This guy is amazing and explains very well.
I mean wow, this man made this look so easy to do. Applying so many coats without ruining everything is amazing and a skill few have. Fantastic job sir. The time spent doing every step perfectly will definitely be rewarding in the final result. Keep up with these amazing videos!
Somehow this popped up in my recommendations but I’m glad I watched. Something about this shade of red and the front end makes me think of Corvette Summer.
Bonjour bien sure il y a beaucoup de peintre qui reussise une peinture mais la c`est aussi franchement une tres belle peinture un grand bravo pour vos video aussi pour tous ceux qui veulent apprendre merci pour cela bon courage a vous
I used to prep cars for paint - sand, very light body work. I used to spray primers (lacquer back in the day) but never got anywhere near your skill. A master! Also, your explanations of what and why you are doing are also masterful. I really appreciate your art, your skill and your professionalism. Great job and I haven't even seen the finished product!!
I'm not a painter but have two friends who are top notch guys that do some awesome work. This is a great informative video I stumbled across. Thanks for putting this out there.
Man I am jealous of these amazing paint jobs. I can't even get collision work done without the clear pealing away. I own a 2017 Ford Escape Titanium with Ruby Red Metallic paint. I was hit in the front fender and door so it was fixed but the damn clear is not sticking. Pisses me off.
This is still a collision shop first. I wish i could do these type of jobs all the time as well. Just fortunate to have a few lined up to make great videos with. The responses are amazing so thank you.
man i been watching ur vids every night all week and your damn good at what you do. as a 17 year old restoring my 2000 honda prelude ur vids give me motivation to go out to my garage and get the body of my car looking fresh again!
My God that looks spectacular! Outstanding work sir, I swear if I ever come into money, this is the guy that will be spraying my car for me hopefully! Imagine the job satisfaction this man has doing such stunning work! Ofc i've subscribed!
My first candy job was House of Colors, candy apple red on a 78 Corvette. I sprayed it using a Binks #7. That should tell you how long ago it was. We didn't have gravity feeds back then. I had to respray the hood because a horse fly decided to do a belly flop and then go on a nature walk. Turned out great in the end though.
PbC, it looks amazing so far. I don’t know anyone that doesn’t like the Candy/Brandywine color. You usually don’t see it on a 4th gen Camaro, but I like 4th gen’s so it’s a great project to show. Great commentary and detail of what you are doing or mixing. Thanks for sharing!
I wish I could repaint my mustang like this. Gorgeous color! My laser red is fading really bad. I've painted cars before but never attempted a candy color.
A dying art in an era of vinyl wraps. Well done sir.
fuck wraps they destroy your paint
@@Norcal1990 idk about that but theres certain results wraps just can't achieve
You’re not a painter! You’re a Fine Finish Craftsman. Absolutely stunning work.
I'm a construction worker by trade and have no knowledge of auto painting!!! But I have an excellent eye for great craftsmanship ! BEAUTIFUL
Can someone please tell me why watching this from start to finish was so damn satisfying and relaxing? Your skills are next level sir!
Because it’s a master class he gives you exact measurements and the finish product looks flawless Salute Cory 👍🏽
Good Lord that's beautiful!
Because this guy is on point. Talks the right pace explaining his process..... Next level right here.....
Because you see the sharp change from the beginning and the end product looks gorgeous. It's like when you powerwash a very dirty brick sidewalk.
When the paint lays down like that with that shile it's smiles all the way, I love it, he is good, well done, Shabeer, south africa
That is the exact color I have been dreaming of since the 90s. Would pay to see it in the sun
It's nicer with a gold base...a much richer colour. Silver under Brandywine looks closer to candy apple. I looked at the thumbnail shot and thought it was a candy apple...or a car with only two coats of Brandywine.
That colour is.. I don’t have the word to say how amazing it looks…. Beautiful job
At last a real educational man who speaks as he goes along and gives top tips that you pick up instantly by just using a few words. The best I've watched so far by far
Glad brandywine is back I remember this color was a favorite of mine back in the late 80s looking at hot rod magazines
I sat down and watched this from start to finish since I did not want to create any dust.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Paint my Yukon pearl white but candy
Bro, ya got me . 😂
😉
I hope you wet the floor down first 😄

Superb workmanship painting! That's going to be a sweet ride.

Love the way you explained everything, your craftsmanship is insane.
As for the job it is beautifull
I sold paint equipment for 30 years, and your skills are excellent . Your painting techniques are perfect. I would love to have you paint my car.
Brandywine is, has been, and always will be my favorite color on a car. This looks amazing. Beautiful work.
Wow! Very slick! You have this down to a fine art
You’re an outstanding painter……freaking outstanding color….

Excelente trabajo en Candy 👌💯 saludos desde Honduras 🇭🇳👍
Painters are basically Pacasso’s we take our work serious. Before we paint it’s a canvas we’re the artist. Great work 🔥🔥🔥
Just WOW! That was fun to watch and love the commentary throughout... even though I'd have to watch it 40 times to memorize all the details to even think of creating a masterpiece like that!
Having done some DIY painting, this was a pleasure to watch a true pro! Well done sir!
I don't say this to many people but I like the way you spray. Your hand action and whipping is on point.
This is the love we all expect for our ride to get when we are in need of a paint job. But this is not what we get when we take it to our dealer. There's no search for perfection pure out of love for the work. Nice to know there's still some out there...
Goodness. I recall the 90s when HOK Brandy wine and Root beer were the go to. Good video man, nice job on the instructions.
Probably the best candy brandywine job I've seen I have an 87 Iroc I want to repaint in this color with gold emblems and gold wheels. This looks fabulous.
That would look awesome 👌
This looks like just a candy red,
I'm a Mustang freak and have to say, this Camaro looks just absolutely SICK!!! Great job folks

Damm that is a beautiful paint job!!!!! Well done sir
My dream is to be a painter. Watching you lay down the material was bad ass, keep bringing the therapeutic content brother.
Get a job as a body shop helper..move up from there
My cousin started as a body shop helper for my uncle and moved up to painting cars and now he paints planes for Delta Airlines.
You are the best car painter I have ever seen
Another beautiful paint job. Nice work.
That's a beautiful color where that's some real talent I'm laying out that paint that mean it's just so perfectly and no Shadows no zebra stripes nice job I love that color
This guy is different and probably the best start to finish paint finisher I've seen on this medium. I'm sold - subscribed!
Motivated painters, true grit customs, pharaway painting, the gunman
My Nissan Titan would look so sweet with this paint job. I’m drooling a bit🇺🇸👍🏼

Did this same color on my customized VW back in 81 in lacquer. It got better with every polish. Mine had a base coat of silver metallic.
Very nice I had to paint My 1967 Camaro convertible in My driveway, I lucked out and it came out nice, Yours looks great.
Yeah. Old school color. My first paint job I ever did was on my old 95 Z28. This video brought back memories. :)
That color looks Amazing !!!
That's a hell of a good looking color.
