I own a house in D.R. and am thinking of turning it into an air bnb, instead of renting it out. a support staff is/seems like it will not be too difficult because I've families and people I personally know that I can bless with these jobs and responsibilities... lmk
It depends, Is your house in a high traffic or popular area? I know what you get in rent monthly will be low. But if the area is good you could easily make double. You have to do some research. Check out airdna.co
Hello! I was wondering how can you manage airbnb app from the US into an airbnb in DR? I checked the app and it doesn’t let me switch the country. Which it makes it very confusing.
How do you find these services? I wouldn’t know where to begin to search for an administrator or a maid. And how do you set up payment for these services? Are the costs for these services expensive? Do you use the administrator to restock supplies? And would the pay vary depending on how many times the place is rented or how many visits are made to the rental? Sorry for all the questions
Hey. Sorry for the late reply. So, since I’m in casa de campo I was able to use my realtors resources in that community to find staff. Yes, you would need an administrator to help with logistics and management. They would take care or products and supplies, manage repairs, and manage staff. You should allocate around $200 usd for this person. That is a base.
I got lucky and was able to connect with realtors and owners. They allow me to rent their villas on my website and airbnb account. But, One day, I want to definitely own one. lol
@@yesimjose good info! I've watched a couple videos regarding ownership, but haven't came across any regarding "how to" information on renting out properties that aren't necessarily owned by you... please make a video explaining strategies or piont me to any you've previously made, that I missed. Thank you.
@@death2beta843 Yes. All of the other units are very close to the beach and city. That’s a goal of mine. I want to make sure we’re close to desirable amenities.

Hey. No need to switch. You can manage any listing in any country from the one app. I live in the USA and manage my listing from here.
