I bought this trimmer and to be honest, it's amazing. It's has all accessories that you need, and the shape it's really good. I'd tried Phillips and Remington and they stoped working. Braun is expensive but good quality.

I'm definitely buying Series 9. This guy pushes that Brio like they sponsor him. You kinda left out everyone who's not from USA buddy.
As you can read on the Braun‘s website you are only eligible to purchase a series 5/7/9 trimmer when you have uploaded a gym membership confirmation 💪 …just to ensure that you have enough power to press that hard while trimming your beard 🫵
My last 3 beard trimmers have all been adjustable Braun’s, I bought the series 5 today and already I love it. The only reason for the replacement is because the other one I had for 4 years was stollen in a car break in a few days ago. I got a good deal on it on Amazon as well, £45 down from £68. It doesn’t move like you demonstrated as there’s no need to apply that much pressure. I don’t apply that must pressure when I’m wet shaving my neck.
Absolutely right! If BeardTube is trying to give a negative review on a product then at least he should come up with something that is relevant instead of making a total fool of himself, like he does now.
I have to say, I couldn’t disagree more with your review if I tried. You must have a faulty one if you can push the guard down that easily when unlocked. I’ve recently purchased one of these and mine doesn’t. Also, the guard doesn’t move out of shape when you’re shaving, I don’t know anyone that would press that hard while shaving for it to make a difference? Surely that can be send for any trimmer. I’ve had a variety of trimmers and kind of stuck to the Babyliss istubble but recently changed to this. The quality difference is night and day, this Series 9 is absolutely incredible and the best trimmer I’ve owned.
I've used a Braun trimmer for roughly 5 years or so. I'm looking for an upgrade purely because mine is starting show signs of age with the motor getting hot etc. The point you made about the flex in the head I feel isn't valid. You won't ever be pushing the trimmer into your face with the same amount of force it took you to compress it with your hand and so the idea you'll end up with "divots" in your beard isn't likely. This is the first video of yours I've seen and the only one I can see you've done on the Braun Series 9. Did you actually try shaving with it before coming to the conclusion about the flex? It would make your points much stronger in these videos if you showed evidence of what you were referring to. Also you titled the video "Do NOT Buy" yet then have an affiliate link in the description to buying it? Don't stop your grind, but you can see how that makes you look a bit silly.

But lets be for real...who presses their trimmer so hard into their face that the length would flex more than half a millimeter? You can see it when you tried to demo it on your face. Cant even move it when you press it to the point of flexing
Exactly, you don’t have to press any of them like that. Also he’s not mentioning that all the other multi-groomers come with several other attachments like a mini foil shaver which is really convenient. This video is basically an ad for the Brio beardscape.
I just bought the Brain all in one 5 and I cannot push the guard down and there's very little play in the guard. Have not used it yet but it seems good
Why are people here (especially with longer bears) rejecting the idea of 'hard pressing' during trimming? I shave my own head with a clipper with 2-4mm and i sometimes press it as well so i can create a clean fade on the side + back. Thats also the same length i have for my beard, but the size of the clipper makes the usage impractical. I wish the video answered it, but does anyone use any of these devices and experienced getting a bald patch with 2-4mm? Thanks!
If some of those people actually buy the Braun trimmer, they will figure out pretty quick how easy it is to flex the head on it. It's also like learning to sand and you're pressing the sander down into your material instead of letting the sander do the work. Anybody new to trimming is probably going to press too hard. The Braun trimmer would be fine if you are well experienced using a trimmer and know how to use it properly
