Wondering if Lungs Meridian related to Upper Respiratory System. If so, would this exercise would help for conditions like Sinusitis, Rhinitis, Polyps, etc.?
Wow, I had pain in my chest all day after spending time with jabed people. I couldn't sleep and done 20 minutes of the exercise. Pain I gone , only a little strange sensation where the pain was.
I have been experiencing some tension in my left shoulder/upper back and also in the lung meridian area, both on the left side. I have started doing this set of exercises and I can feel such a difference. Thank you so much !

In OM each of them is associated with certain body organs, a colour, a taste, an emotion, and a season of the year.. among many other things! There are breathing exercises that incorporate the generating phases of the study sometimes called 5 element qi gong or Wu Xing technique. definitely read into it more if interested or seek a licensed professional to show/ elaborate more on the concept.
