#meditateforabhinaya. I tried the exercises. Feels nice. However I tried meditation before going to bed, next thing I knew, I woke up next morning 🤐. Will try in the morning.
So happy to know you tried them out 😊 Also, meditation right before the bed is very good. We sleep better when we are less stressed! I listen to sleep music and meditate while going to bed on the days am stressed 😊

I do not think I can teach facial expressions in a video on youtube. It is something you learn with a Guru and achieve through practice and experience :)

None of the exercises are "part of dance". They have definitely been incorporated for dance. But these exercises are prescribed by KSEEB(For junior examinations we follow the syllabus set by Karnataka State Education Examination Board) and we follow it in our dance class since it is beneficial for anyone learning dance :)

These are eye exercises. The emphasis is more on the eyes rather than hands :) So as long as your eyes are moving the way they should, you are good. However, you might want to check why hands are shivering for just holding it straight! As long as it is not due to weakness, it is ok is what I think.

I don't think we need specs for these.Such eye exercises actually have the ability to reduce eye power and at a point,we won't need specs at all.
