In this video, Guru Pali Chandra talks about the most demanded question, the facial expressions in dance. Facial Expression or Mukh Abhinaya is imperative in any dance form. She explains that the facial expressions have to be rooted in every dancer from the beginners level and should advance with every higher stage of learning. She also recounts the underlying idea behind Abhinaya in dance forms.

Kathak has always been something that I wanted to learn and instill it deep within my bones, I had to leave dancing due to certain health issues. But now that I've found my way back I cannot express in words how truly blessed I am to be able to learn from the basics again, I cannot thank you enough Guru Maa for the videos and such detailed explanation that can be easily followed. Hello Annie, as we have added subtitles to the video, it is possible for you to watch the video in your own language, by using the auto translate option by UA-cam. All you have to do is change the settings for your captions.
Follow these steps, when using a Computer:
1. Click your profile picture.
2. Click Settings.
3. From the left-hand menu, click Playback and performance.
4. Check or uncheck Always show captions.
5. Check or uncheck Include auto-generated captions (when available). This option turns on or off automatic captions for videos that don't have captions added.
If using android,
1. Go to the watch page of any video.
2. In the video player, tap to turn on Captions.
3. To turn off Captions, tap again.
If it doesn’t show in the video player:
1. Tap your profile picture.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Captions.
4. Select captions on or off.

I use to dance well as I knew myself. I stopped dancing because of many problems. But I started again now with your classes. So I am eagerly be waiting for your detailed expression class.
