Patience is my biggest struggle while on this losing weight journey. For me, the thought of how much better I will feel and look keeps me motivated. Great content as always! 👍🏼💪🏼
You’re so sensible. What you preach isn’t sexy - it’s practical and realistic - but this actually works long term! I love that you meld science and human nature all together. You have such a balanced, strong, and consistent message. When you recommend something, I actually listen because you’ve built up credibility with me.
Calories are a measurement of the amount of energy that is required to raise the temperature of one millimetre or water by one degrees Celsius - gold!!!
I injured myself while training a month ago and didn't want to lose my gains while recovering, so I've been focusing on my nutrition (reducing calories from snack foods and increasing lean protein). To my surprise, I'm already down 1 pant size and can see ab definition for the first time!💪
Great video. Some of the clips used are hilarious, especially the guy repping out on the Tricep push down or the doctor spitting his food back out and then smelling it haha.
What about insulin Magnus? If people eat in a way that doesn’t trigger a significant insulin response then isn’t it true the fat storage hormone isn’t activated?
Wondering Magnus what you think of motivation to work out while overcoming a chronic injury or joint issues? Are there supplements to help soothe sore muscles? Thanks for the videos. Hard work + discipline!!
Hi Magnus! I love your videos! I'm Bipolar and have done research into our brains; apparently our brains are made of billions of cells, and as with all our body's cells, each cell is made of a lipid fat bi-layer membrane, which equates to our brain consisting of approx. 60% lipid fat. So, we need good fats, good oils and a *little bit* of saturated fat in our nutrition intake, as well as having a reasonable amount of adipose tissue (body fat). Could you please do a video about this and also one about Women's health and how Women need more adipose tissue for health.
I’m 29, got a very physical job and do intense callisthenics 3 times a week. Yet I can’t burn fat! I’m 6 foot and weigh 75 kg, any advice would be much appreciated 👍
I don't want to discourage you but 75kg at 6 foot is a healthy weight. Especially if you have a good amount of lean body mass(muscle). Keep working at it but don't fret too much about the scale.
Hi Magnus, love your work, it must be great working with all those stars? Anyway my question is this, I'm very good at staying on my nutrition plan, and have lost a lot of weight (10kg over the last 3 months). lately I have been feeling hungry, I have taken to slipping an extra sixth meal in, still health, and only when hungry. I am worried this may push me over of my calorie deficit, at least on the days I'm adding the extra meal, and weather it is good or bad? PS. I train 3 times a week.
eh some people get off on the whole restriction thing, either to know they are doing well or to bring it up in every conversation they ever have lol but nice vid
Oh I am patience,))) and I am taking slowly but after giving birth is another deal,))) is not just about all you said , your body change after birth and it became more difficult to lose weight faster🥲

Hi Magnus, I was wanting to know if you have a plan that I could do your workouts plus meal plan?
Future video topic: do you work with older (40+) clients and what recommendations to you make in terms of building muscle/diet/sleep etc?
Oh, yes please 🙏
Totally agree

For the broke ass like me, start out with these HIIT on youtube and then squeeze out this $10.47 a month membership at planet fitness.
Many of us do not loose weight because we keep watching videos on the topic, instead of using the advices. :o
