    Dude, you really got to get a lavalier microphone. They're like 15 bucks on Amazon and they plug right into any device pretty much. Makes a world of difference

    1:38 the study here says there's a correlation but that doesn't mean causation. So I wonder whether there could be a different reason that people who sleep more than 9 hours have heart attacks more often, like a common denominator. Because I am a bit skeptical that 9 hours should be too much when 7-8 is recommended. Although I think we all know that feeling of exhaustion when we've slept too much so maybe it is 9 hours where it becomes too much. Obviously too little sleep is bad for all the reasons you mentioned. Thank you for showing your sources and I hope you reply O:
