I love that, with all your experience, you spend time on the “how” for the work out and just as much time on “how” for food! Great inspiration and loving this challenge 🔥

I’m recovering from abdominal surgery and I’ve been watching your content whilst resting. I weigh 297lbs and have already dropped 12lbs just by changing my diet using your advice. When I’m able to exercise I will be doing one of your programs. Your content is awesome, I’ve never felt so motivated and capable. Thank you

Are there any accommodations for people for joint problems?
For example, on the treadmill, can we jump rope instead for the warmup?

I have ankle instability due to injury. I always switch treadmill with something else that wouldn't require my ankle to get high impact. I usually do elliptical or bike

Jump rope is harder on the joints than running I recommend the rowing machine or a cycling bike because it’s essentially the same as running except it’s softer on your joints :) hope this helps keep crushing it ❤️

Some good suggestions below. Always adapt if you need to. Assault bike and rower/eleptical will be more "low" impact and maybe the better choice for you.

Nice series and very good info overall, but I’d max out pull-ups on each set, if you only struggle in the last (2) set(s) or so you cut short on the first
Then I would leave the pull downs out and superset the rows with cable pull over to add some specific rear delt or trap exercise to the program

Is it possible to train with the same weight every day? As I'm short and I don't want to be too bulky just fit and with lean muscle.
