You are real one I just got done watching this it's rare find anyone who sits there shows how do everything and explain everything it's gonna help me a lot ty for doing this video I already shared it and having few friends watching it
Just started playing Diablo 4 within the last week. I am a veteran Diablo 2 player and dabbled in Diablo 3 (although the lack of repeatable endgame like Diablo 2 had (for me, anyway) made me lose interest quite fast, as well as the lack of build diversity) and have enjoyed this refresher of a dungeon crawler. At first, it was - and still is to a degree - overwhelming with all of the different affixes for everything on gear. I've since been looking around on the web for a guide to help me learn about the inner workings of the different mechanics, affixes, how to create my own build, how to decide if a piece of gear I pick up is better or suits my build and so-on without ever finding anything concrete or going straight into endgame builds and equipping things I have absolutely no idea what they are or how to aquire them. This video is absolute *GOLD* as a beginners guide. Not just *tips* - a full blown guide.
The best guide in the world, you have the narration fluency to be a college professor for real 👍 There are so many features in the Diablo franchise, but you made it so easy to understand.
I'm breaking this up into manageable chunks as I play. Very well organized and simple explanations - thank you for putting in the time to put this together!
Played Diablo 3 a long time ago and was SUPER into it but it’s been so long since I’ve played and I forgot most of of it! This was the absolute perfect reintroduction to this series! Really appreciate this guide my man!
This is the best video ever. Diablo 4 is the first diablo game I have ever played and many other "beginner/starter guides" assume you already played it for god knows how long. This was perfect and I will probably watch it a few more times, thank you!
I feel like blizzard should have to pay you for explaining there game better than they ever could! Excellent content value and presentation with very simple and clear communication language!
3rd comment quick tip for new player Never never print aspect in your main weapon while u leveling Put in gloves or amulet Because the damge different between level 20 axe and 25 HUGE Keep swap your weapon for better weapons but amulet its fine to keep it low level for long while
As a completely new player to the Diablo series, I've been watching as many videos as possible to acclimate myself before my new console arrives. I have to say, your videos are the best I've found. Very easy to understand many concepts and tips you break down. Cant wait to see more content. They've been a huge help already.
How are you finding the game ? I’m new to the actual mmo genre never mind Diablo. Got a series x and considering buying the game from cdkeys since it’s about £25 cheaper than the Xbox store. I have no friends that play this kind of game so not sure Il enjoy it.
@@Hungri_Ungi I love it so far. It can be very forgiving early on, as far as choosing your abilities, because it doesn't cost a fortune early to re-spec if you decide you don't like something. Really let's you explore options. I myself am not a huge fan of the top down experience, as it also doesn't let me rotate the camera, but you start to forget about it as you play. I expected a bit more in terms of character customization, but that was a bit limited compared to other big games. I do appreciate that we have the ability to change the appearance of our items and clothes without having to remove good items. The menus can be tricky to navigate at first, but you'll overcome that fairly quickly. Necromancer is a great first choice, IMO, because you can use your summons as a buffer when fighting mobs. If you decide you want higher damage, you can also transition into a very high damage build by using the buffs from sacrificing your minions as well. Don't be afraid to take your time during progression. If you ever get stuck on anything, you can always change the difficulty in town, which is also a nice little feature. The graphics in the cutscenes are incredible, and the voice acting is great. Overall I've had a great experience. I won't say it's my favorite game yet, but I 100% don't regret buying it. This is great game. Some friends and I are going to start a group playthrough soon, so that should be a blast as well. Just don't feel like you have to rush through anything. Take your time and watch lots of videos. You always have options if you're stuck.
@@tul5124 Thanks for such a great response! I just started the game tonight and actually chose necro by chance.Theres so many tutorials out there so il make sure to make the most of them. Are you a part of any discord groups you can recommend for finding players to team up with ? My friends just play the generic popular titles. Thanks again.
@@Hungri_Ungi Good choice going Necromancer! I love summoning minions and since I'm lazy they do all the fighting for me. Pay close attention to the gear you pick up because there are Legendary gear that has a stat to summon more minions. If you're itching for Legendary gear, repeat dungeons. I believe with the patch today, there is a Reset Dungeons button implemented.
I can only imagine how much time it took to make this video so thank you! I'll be starting my Diablo IV campaign in about an hour and a half. You gained a sub for your tremendous work on this!
Its a long video but the fact that it covers legit the main thing i wanted (Knowing how to play a diablo game) instead of the "Beginners guide.....aka 20mins of tips and tricks with absolutely no information as to how to PLAY the game..." Makes it the only video i'll ever need Period for learning this darn game. So THANK YOU for this video!!
This video has alleviated the few anxieties I had prior to buying. I've never really played this type of game but I now feel like I understand that mechanics ready to tackle it somewhat effectively 😅
I’m in the same boat, I haven’t played this type of game for 20yrs, but I need something fresh to get into and this seems like the candidate. Tbh a lot of this look overwhelming but perhaps if I spend a few days playing it I’ll figure it out and I’ll be into it!
yeah same here im looking forward to this game i pre purchased the ultimate edition today...since im in another country on vacation brought my gaming laptop with me the game is available to play tomorrow (Thursday 6pm here in Ecuador) instead of Friday since i pre purchased the ultimate edition I'm so excited i will be streaming it on my twitch channel if u want to see Dannygamingmods is my twitch channel :D
I'm not a diablo vet by any measure, i played a lot of 3 solo. But now I've got a friend who's playing as well, there's so much i didn't know going on under the hood. I missed this level of player agency.
This by far the best beginners guide I have seen.Every other beginners guide I have tried assume you know stuff. This one dosnt and explains literally everything. Well done sir.
What a great guide, congrats! As a newcomer, but with some experience in mmo's like wow, this guide was all I needed to feel like I actually know what I've gotta do as soon as I jump into the game. Thanks!
This has been so helpful to me. I played Diablo 3 but never got into "builds" or tried to understand how the game worked. I just wanted the story. Now I see how deep this game really is.
I haven't played Diablo since the original Diablo 2 so a whole lot in this game is new and kinda overwhelming. Thank you for breaking down LITERALLY everything. You are massively under appreciated.
Dude. This is exactly the kind of video I needed. Thanks for this. I was really skeptical about the game at first but this video has hyped me up like crazy. I can't wait!
You’ve been helping me for 2 years on knowledge for mmo RPGs. Helped me with Eso and now you’re killing it with the Diablo info! Thank you so much! Keep up the great work!
Liked and subbed. Thank you for this. I played Diablo 3 a while ago and only did one run. I’m so hyped for D4, and this makes me feel like I know much more about the game. Keep it up man.
Damn b r o..this video is no doubt the best damn D4 introduction video that exist..I k ow for a fact..because ive been researching and watching tube videos and builds the last 3 days...AND THIS VIDEO WAS THE ONLY 1 I NEEDED..HAS ALL THE INFO..THANKS MAN
this alone was what i have been looking for.. wasnt builds, wasnt spoilers .. was simple to the point and showed the basics of the game.. you are the equivalent of a instruction manual for a 1998 pc game lol thank you
I'm not sure if it was this video or the 10 mistakes to avoid, but your tip about not being afraid to completely switch build setups to fit a good legendary was on point. I switched almost every ability to fit around a legendary necklace and my build went from barely surviving to completely dominating. I'm also very much enjoying the new abilities and the flow of the new build.
Best guide ever! Thank you so much for putting the time and effort into this! I watched the entire thing and learned so much! I’m jumping into D4 new to the series so this definitely was amazing for me!
This has been soooo helpful. I had no idea what I was doing. Still not great at picking the best gear though. I'll get there though. Such a fun game and thank you for making it a much more pleasurably game for me now that I know more.
I’ve watched numerous guides for D4 and other games and you have the BEST guides by far. Exactly enough detail, excellent visuals, clear concise information that’s simple to follow. Literally so impressed, and have told everyone I game with to follow and watch! Ty so very much for your time and care, it’s so appreciated ❤
Excellent guide, even for Diablo veterans theres a ton of new features in IV that we may not have realized were there or that the game explained poorly. I would have definitely been late on my potion upgrades without you!
Bro I'm literally watching this entire video before I even log one minute into this game as a first time Diablo player, I love that now I'm going to be equipped with all of the passive information I need on the mechanics in the systems of this game without having to be confused, or even if I am a little bit lost there's that tiny bit of foundational information I now have to learn it quickly so thank you brother This is an amazing video
Man this is great gonna give this whole thing a listen today. I’m a returning player haven’t played since Diablo 2 the old days.. Preordered the game to play 4 days early the beta was amazing. 🙏🏻 you for this!
havent played a Diablo game since i was in the Marines back in the early 2000s. this video is monumentally helpful. thank you so much for your time in making this.
Wow this guy is an amazing content creator - so talented and the amount of time that goes into these has got to be insane. New subscriber and new Diablo player - these videos have helped me immensely in not being so intimidated by the game and so far so good!!!
I havent played since the old Diablo 2 days and watching this gives some nostalgia and helps learn so much of the new things and recognize the old things. This video itself makes me want to buy and plau again, so refreshing, i needed this, thank you!
Thank you! As I was watching I had a bunch of questions I was going to ask but further into video all of them got answered. Some materials covered were very common sense for a diablo player but others were unique to diablo 4. This is simply amazing. You deserve many more views and likes. One question....does your experience decrease when you defeat much lower level enemies. Like you are lvl 50 fighting lvl 30 enemies. Sorry didn't finish entire video yet.
Excellent Video Lucky Ghost. This helped me so much. The narration is wonderful. Great voice and so in depth, the time stamps are an incredble addition, enjoyed throughly, very professional my friend, thank you so much ❤️🔥🫶
Wow!! Well done! Just just for a Diablo guide, but guides in general. Very thorough. Very informative. Good amount of humor. Probably the best beginner guide I've ever watched. Again, well done!!
One very important thing that I did not hear you mention throughout the video, probably because you're playing on PC, is the fact that on consoles, you can play couch Co-op! So say your friend or a family member comes over, they can actually play the game with you on a second controller at the same time on the same screen! Unfortunately, I didn't find out about this until I leveled my character up to level 57 with my brother watching me play for several days, when he could have just grabbed my second PlayStation 5 controller and have been playing with me the whole time leveling up his own character!
Awesome job! Thank you so much for taking the time to walk us through all the nitty-gritty details. It seems like Blizz mashed up D1 to 3 and incorporated them into D4 and made them a bit more extra. Extra props for featuring the Sorcerer as that is my go-to class since D2.
I had to wade through a bunch of shit, a bunch of "influencer wish i knew" videos to find this. Thank you thank you. You've helped me more than you know. Reminds me of early UA-cam, no bullshit just info. Thanks.
Thank you so much for this amazing guide. I've been gaming for over 30 years and somehow never played a Diablo game, I just didn't think it was for me, but for whatever reason I felt like giving Diablo IV a go and my god am I loving this game. Your fantastic guide has helped me so much as a noob.
Absolutely awesome video. I played all parts of Diablo over the decades and obviously got my Diablo 4 when it was released. This video is recommended even if you are a seasoned Diablo player, as it really shows all the new things, changes and bits&bolts about the new game. I highly recommend you spend the time watching it, if you are seriously into Diablo. Extra kudos for the chapter markers making it easy to navigate around the topics. Definitely worth a thumbs up - thanks a lot for making it, it is highly appreciated.
Great D4 content - top notch D4 content creator. Thanks for all the information and explanation. Lots of content creators assume we new players already know all these things. Thank you.
Just got the game and stuck at a slow day at work. So looks like I stumbled upon the perfect video for me. Only 20 minutes in but really impressed with how informative it is but at the same time very accessible to someone like me that doesnt have a ton of experience with Diablo series. So wanted to say awesome work and thanks for putting this together. I definitely subbed and will check out some more videos
Thank you for sharing. This game overwhelmed me when it came out due to the skill tree. I am a much older player and games seem to be much more complicated these days. I was used to D3 and the simplicity of the story and skill tree. I quit D4 a few days after launch because I had no idea what I was doing and it was frustrating. Your guide helped me understand this game and what to do!
Amazing, detailed guide as always. You covered virtually everything anyone would ever ask all in one guide. And made individual guides on top of it all for more specific characters. Perfection as always Lucky! PAN
I just picked up D4 on a Wim (my first Diablo game since the original D2). Your video is exactly what I was hoping for, thank you. I was pretty lost trying to figure everything as I go and certainly would've missed a ton of fun and interesting things the game has to offer. So yeah your little two-hour guide was fantastic. TYVM
Most is obvious to any player of any previous entry. The fact you did all of this. And very well Ill add. Is why you got my subscription. Looking forward to future stuff. Good job man. Id enjoy playing with ya
I realy appreciate this! Even though I am experienced ARPG player, and huge Diablo fan(not 3), I watched whole video from start to finish, and learned lots of new things as well! Thank you! Subscribed!👍
I couldn't wrap my head around this game 'til I found your video. TY TY TY ❤ Wasted my time looking for vids to help, this game is overwhelming for a newbie like me. Thanks for the awesome explanations.

This video is absolute *GOLD* as a beginners guide. Not just *tips* - a full blown guide.
The best guide in the world, you have the narration fluency to be a college professor for real 👍 There are so many features in the Diablo franchise, but you made it so easy to understand.
You did this with ESO, which encouraged me to not stop playing the game, and you've done it again here. Thank you!!
This will be my first Diablo game and I love everything you have done in this video to give me hope 😊 thank you
This is the best video ever. Diablo 4 is the first diablo game I have ever played and many other "beginner/starter guides" assume you already played it for god knows how long. This was perfect and I will probably watch it a few more times, thank you!
Wow, thanks!
Dude, this guide is insane. Good work, man. 😀
thank you! glad you enjoyed it!
I feel like blizzard should have to pay you for explaining there game better than they ever could! Excellent content value and presentation with very simple and clear communication language!
We're lucky that we've got this Ghost 🙂
Ty for the very detailed video, great info!
Thank you man. My first Diablo. I will probably forget like 3/4 of it but thx god we have time stamps.
3rd comment quick tip for new player
Never never print aspect in your main weapon while u leveling
Put in gloves or amulet
Because the damge different between level 20 axe and 25 HUGE
Keep swap your weapon for better weapons but amulet its fine to keep it low level for long while
true, definitely a great idea to keep your primary weapons flexible in early levels when you're finding upgrades quite rapidly!
What’s your rank now? Character?
Its a long video but the fact that it covers legit the main thing i wanted (Knowing how to play a diablo game) instead of the "Beginners guide.....aka 20mins of tips and tricks with absolutely no information as to how to PLAY the game..." Makes it the only video i'll ever need Period for learning this darn game. So THANK YOU for this video!!
I really appreciate this guide. So many of the other ones immediately jump into talking about endgame without explaining the base game for new players
I’m new to Diablo and this is the best guild for me to get started thank you for you time
Hands down… the Best beginners guide to Diablo 4 on UA-cam 👏🏻
Much appreciated 👍🏻
Hands down the best guide I have seen so far. Thank so much for all you hard work.
Thank you for putting this together. I played D3 but it helps to get so much of this stuff explained one by one.
yeah same here im looking forward to this game i pre purchased the ultimate edition today...since im in another country on vacation brought my gaming laptop with me the game is available to play tomorrow (Thursday 6pm here in Ecuador) instead of Friday since i pre purchased the ultimate edition I'm so excited i will be streaming it on my twitch channel if u want to see
Dannygamingmods is my twitch channel :D
I'm not a diablo vet by any measure, i played a lot of 3 solo. But now I've got a friend who's playing as well, there's so much i didn't know going on under the hood. I missed this level of player agency.
This is an amazingly thorough guide! Blizzard should make it their official one!
True dedication to your community. Fantastic guide. Thank you.
As someone who has never played the diablo franchise before. I greatly thank you for this amazing video. I'm super excited to get started
Damn b r o..this video is no doubt the best damn D4 introduction video that exist..I k ow for a fact..because ive been researching and watching tube videos and builds the last 3 days...AND THIS VIDEO WAS THE ONLY 1 I NEEDED..HAS ALL THE INFO..THANKS MAN
Glad to hear you enjoyed it! Cheers 🍻
this alone was what i have been looking for.. wasnt builds, wasnt spoilers .. was simple to the point and showed the basics of the game.. you are the equivalent of a instruction manual for a 1998 pc game lol thank you
This guide is so concise and refined. Great job doing this, and it is a masterpiece..
Much appreciated!
I’m jumping into D4 new to the series so this definitely was amazing for me!
same for me !!
The most mind boggling fact is that Blizzard did not put a pay to respec option, I feel like something is wrong and I know it's free hahaha
this must have been soooo mych work, u covered things i havent seen elsewhere. it really helps and very appriciated. thank you so much
Thank you for this guide, it’s the most detailed guide on UA-cam, at least I think so. Well done !
best guides for D3 on youtube so far. watched your class guide over and over. this guide as well 2-3 times.
i mean D4!!!
Ty so very much for your time and care, it’s so appreciated ❤
thanks so much for the kind words and sharing the content, that means a lot !
Excellent guide, even for Diablo veterans theres a ton of new features in IV that we may not have realized were there or that the game explained poorly. I would have definitely been late on my potion upgrades without you!
It’s so great that even a seasoned veteran like yourself can be so humble. You’re a true warrior.
This was so much effort and very well done effort! Fantastic work on display here.
Man this is great gonna give this whole thing a listen today. I’m a returning player haven’t played since Diablo 2 the old days.. Preordered the game to play 4 days early the beta was amazing. 🙏🏻 you for this!
You're going to go a long way, I love the pure knowledge and execution here. Top quality production and narration, keep rockin' and rollin.
havent played a Diablo game since i was in the Marines back in the early 2000s. this video is monumentally helpful. thank you so much for your time in making this.
Thanks for this detail guide…much appreciated 👍
my pleasure! :D cheers!
Sir you deserve a pat in the back and a new sub. No one explains like you. Thank you
Lucky, you are such a professional. Your channel is one of the best! I always look forward to seeing your videos.
thanks a ton!
I'm new to diablo and was overwhelmed so i searched on ytube for guide and found ur video, it was really well made thank you
Wow this guy is an amazing content creator - so talented and the amount of time that goes into these has got to be insane.
Right? I literally thought he had like 400k subs while I was subbing.
yes, enemies below you give less experiene, while enemies above you give more experience up to 25% bonus xp for enemies 3 lvls above you :)
Been trying to "figure out" how to play Diablo 4 after playing Diablo 3. This is very helpful, thanks much.
Excellent Video Lucky Ghost. This helped me so much. The narration is wonderful. Great voice and so in depth, the time stamps are an incredble addition, enjoyed throughly, very professional my friend, thank you so much ❤️🔥🫶
Thank you, what a great complete video 👏🏻
Wow!! Well done! Just just for a Diablo guide, but guides in general. Very thorough. Very informative. Good amount of humor. Probably the best beginner guide I've ever watched. Again, well done!!
Lots of effort went into this, well done! Hope to see more D4 content!
loads of D4 content on the way!
@@LuckyGhost great to hear!!!
@@LuckyGhost please do bro im a new subscriber i subscribed today to ur channel
Thanks.
This is so helpful, thanks for taking the time to put to together
This is my first Diablo game and this video is clearing up so much, so many questions I've had, answered.
Always grateful for these videos. You sir, are a blessing to the community!
ay thanks man! Cheers!
Wow. Good job dude/team whoever contributed.
Nicely done sir!
Wow! Everything... all in one place. Excellent guide. Top notch.
Thank you! Someone finally put together a well organized beginner guide! First time Diablo player here🙋🏽
Thank you for sharing.
TYVM
This. Is. Amazing. Absolutely fantastic for newbs and beginners like me - thanks! :)
Not only my favorite for ESO, but now my favorite for Diablo ❤
Most is obvious to any player of any previous entry. The fact you did all of this. And very well Ill add. Is why you got my subscription. Looking forward to future stuff. Good job man. Id enjoy playing with ya
Massive amount of work went into this! Incredible work
Many things I already knew but hell yeah very well made video. Very nice guide.
