what is you rotate the ESC and FC 180 degrees and have the power in the front. USB will be on the other side. you can change the FC orientation in betalight. I did this before. the tricky thing is mapping out your motors to the new pads on the ESC. Also awesome flying the inverted yaw was nice!

Thanks. I dont think im using rpm filtering because I dont have Bidirectional Dshot enabled. the only filtering im using is the gyro filtering which I didnt setup. I just used the Supafly 5" freestyle preset and then moved the master multiplier to 1.25.
I just used the pids for 4s 2400-2700kv motors with HD camera. I deselected rpm filtering and rates because im not using bidirectional dshot and I like to set the rates myself.
Is it still holding up? I reavised i got a v3 not v4 so now im suspicious. I can live with no osd while logging but is the ESC ok? Not trying to ask alot but if its calibrated, whats the most amps youve seen. I want to put some 900kv 2812s to it.
most amps the osd showed after a freestyle flight on my 5" quad is like 111 amps, but thats total so I think thats divided by 4 = 27 amps per motor. Which is not even close to the 50 or 55 amp raiting because the amp rating is per motor. so total 200-220 amps. And most batterys cant supply enough continuous discharge to exceed that.
@@andrewmedia3568 I have my old eachine wizard x220 doing the same thing. It's got no OSD, and old F3 clean flight board. So I hear ya, I have the speedybee F4 in my cart just waiting to hit buy 😅

@@automoto95 the quad is as stable as you make. It’s all up to your control. But I don’t recommend a 5” drone indoors unless it’s like a large warehouse. This thing doesn’t have prop guards like a cinewoop. If you hit someone or something it could be catastrophic. Or a trip to the hospital.

I probably could have done that but it would still be super tight in the frame. the skyliner mk3 is just really compact.
flying the same stack for 4 months, its been great and love the Bluetooth feature the most. yeah, please let us know how it goes with it
I'm surprised you got such a nice tune right out of the box. I used the SupaFly tune, and it still leaves a lot to be desired.
Yeah I was surprised as well. Every quad is different so wasn't sure how well a pre set would work but I'm happy with it.

what camera do you use for the top down view?
Canon eos R7, with an EF 16-35 F2.8 L-series lens using an RF mount adapter. Filmed in clog3 and I think resolution is 1080 not 4k.

Sounds like you just had a bad solder for your motor/ESC wire.

What antennas you have on your receiver?
One of the antennas came with the receiver and the other one is a betafpv 2.4 elrs antenna (the white one).

Probably 3 miles. limited mostly by battery life, would go further with a larger battery.
