Oh My Goodness Donna! This quilt reminds me of being a nurse in the Emerg Dept. That centre block is the nurses station and the others are the beds and cubicles.....we had eight to look after per nurse!. I've retired now after 40 odd years and now quilting my little heart out, along with you!
I love, love, love your nails too! I've never had the luxury of painting my nails or wearing rings. But retirement brings lots of changes
I may one day have a manicure!!
Be well my dear Jordan gang. And stay safe. Alison, from Nova Scotia, Canada. ❤

I just adore these videos. I used to attend my grandmas quilting club when I was a kid and I honestly crave starting my own up some day. It was so cathartic - and the best quality time with a multitude of generations together.

The civil war reproduction one is gorgeous! Such a simple pattern, easy to replicate. Thanks for all of your tutorials- I'm new to quilting and you make it look so easy that even I could do it ;)

They are both beautiful quilts. But I like the bright colored one. Looks spring and summery.
      Love your nails.

I've always loved quilt blocks that resemble circles, esp. without having to sew curves, so I've always had this block in my sites. I vote for the civil war quilt and some of the coolest nails you've ever sported!!!!

I really like them both! The brighter fabrics are definitely more kid friendly, and have a fun feel to it. The civil war quilt is more traditional, and serene. Each have their own place.
    Thank you for sharing!!
