Trust me the q60s is fast even stock. Its basically the rs400. It comes with 400 hp but what makes it fast is the technology package. Its basically a mini gtr.

Q60 owner here again! I see some are wondering what 1/4 mile time the cars do in Stage 2. My best Dragy run so far is 11.57@120MPH. It is tuned by Hussain Boxwala at Racebox and has a full exhaust.
@@Levo-Oli Not true. Easily can become faster than 09 - 12 gtr's with just full dp ,exhaust and tune. Biggest weakness is transmission. Now 13 and up, that's alot more expensive and harder.

I've gotten to know a lot of people here in the car scene and I always get "I didn't know those were that fast" "what have you done to it?" Straight pipe and pedal commander lol. Plus the AWD launches good everytime !

I want a Q60 so bad lol. We got one dude here with a white Q60 RS making around 500whp and that thing is a God Damn rocket.

Shots literally like Fast and Furiois when the cops come and everyone just hauls ass out of there to wherever the next spot is. It's usually meet up around 8-9, drifting and burnouts and then around 11-12 is when the races start

I’ve run vs the Infiniti with JB4 on E85+bolt ons in my previous Stinger GT against them and walked the Red Sport with similar mods. I had the AWD/auto so got them from dig, from roll it was pretty damn close but maybe they slightly walk over longer stretch.
If.both stage 2 wouldn’t the 340 beat it pretty badly? Watched a lot of vids on both cars as well as some forum threads, the 340i is quite a bit faster than the 60 stock and tune only are deep in the 11’s.
Boost n Motion did all that caping for BMW/German engineering only for us to see how good these infinitis really are... I feel since he got that C63 AMG he doesn't have a problem borderline shitting on infiniti while trying to straddle the fence...when he only had that q50 3.0t he was all about infiniti and highlighting how our cars hang with alot of cars out there (of course tuned with bolt ons) but now he's all "BMW is just a better car and more superior, what do u want me to sayyyy"🙄😒
BMW is better if you’re willing to throw money down the toilet and worry about repairs. The prices of M cars and the 340i make no sense, might as well just jump to a Porsche 911 or cayman, a dedicated sports car platform not a re-worked high end economy car platform. In Europe 3 series (320i etc) are economy/low end luxury, sold with cloth interior and fewer options.

Was seriously looking at the C43 and now that I've seen this, it would fit well along side my 370Z. The 4dr version for me though...it would be my daily driver and long road trips..just knowing I have enough hp to get down the freeway and look good doing it is satisfying to me..although I'm not really surprised the Q won both races...the engine is basically a tuned down version of the GTR
I have a Lozic ECU/TCU/AWD tuned Stinger with basic bolt ons (JA scoops, ARK Midpipes, MBRP Catback, AEM intakes and I’ve done 11.2 1/4mile and 0-100km 3.3sec on 93. (Ontario)
I got a Naturally Aspirated 2011 E63 AMG with long tube headers, fuel injectors on full E85 with E85 tune, dyno tune, transmission tune and 3 inch exhaust running at 515whp with 490lbs of torque. I came to this video because this new Q60s Red Sport saw me on the highway today and called me out to a 40 roll on 3. I down shifted to 2nd right at 4RPM and let him slightly get the jump... then dragged him by a couple 🚌 🚌's. I figured he maybe downshifted to the wrong gear so I gave him action back but it played out the same. I had 3 people with me also, so there was 4 people in the AMG and just him in the Q60s Red Sport. Plus I got bags and a heavy sound system in the trunk. This video shows different, yet we're talking about 2 different AMG's.🤔

I drive a 2017 Q50 RS fully loaded and the tech is fine. Is the infotainment system dated and laggy, sure. Tell me how much time someone spends on a infotainment system daily? Unless you're driving a Tesla, a infotainment system is used rarely

interesting fact, a fully tuned q60 base makes the same amount of horsepower as fully tuned q60 RS, because its the same engines, turbos, transmissions, ect... so if you want to tune your q50, q60... you can get the cheapest one model, which is about 20k less than RS, put about 10k into it, and you will have a much faster car than red sport and cheaper.

Clearly this is the way to go in the VR30DDTT world. Stock RS400 (q50 or q60) is not the power move, unless you want dadfast. Get a Silversport (300bhp variant) modify and collect receipts. New location is good Sam, well done sir.
One quick question, the Q60S was initially using a tuned map to bring it to RS400 level? Only reason I ask is because I don't think my Q50RS400 hangs with a C43 AMG, esp based on the 4dr W205 we had there a few weeks ago on rainout night. The RS400 map must do some other magic (like building boost at launch), factory tuning only builds torque.
@@jimwallace4164 Even if he was on a RedSport map, the Intake and exhaust modifications (3" pipes no cats) as well as lighter wheels would give the car more of an advantage over a fully stock RedSport. But in either case as as the graphic shows he ran a 13s 1/4mile which is right around stock RedSport expectation.
Regardless, when they both went full stage 2 the Q didn't just slightly pull on the c43, it put bus lanes on the damn thing. So maybe better tires n a driver mod might get the c43 some help but still wouldn't beat the q mod for mod tune for tune
People are sleeping on the Q50/Q60 VR30 motors. When they first released in 2016, a small amount of tuners were hyped on it. Now people are starting to realize they goofed for not paying attention. With AWD and a tune, the Q50/Q60 are monsters. They'll hook and 3rd gear is insane. It'll pulls hard. If you have RWD, it pulls hard as well but traction is an issue without good tires due to the insane amount of torque.

Idk what tune this guy had in the video, but I’ve seen a another UA-cam video of the c43 doing 0-60 in 3.0 seconds and quarter mile in 10.9 with downpipes, ecu/ tcu tune, and stage 2 eurocharged. U could probably find it right now. That c43 with those mods would eat that q60 alive and look way better in all black while doing it

Infiniti is a great brand and wish they would be doing better. Regular buyers are focused on screens not engine and car potential. Another example they eat the regular customer fav any day.
I don't know why it's popular to slam Infinity... It's actually probably resentment and anger because the Infinity V-6's are absolute monsters and they piece up the newer designed cars.
Except they didn’t even race stock though, Sam said they would do a run with both cars on “stock map” but when the race is starting the Infiniti owner says he’s on the “red sport flash”. So stock C43 vs tuned Q60. Dumb matchup if you ask me.

I love the q60 but no it’s not lol.. the gtr runs on a 3.8 with bigger turbos.
The 3.0TT motors in the Q and new 400z are not the same as GTR detuned, theyre very different infact.
Would love to see a tuned Stinger at some point . I’m guessing it’s probably hard to find .

I got a Naturally Aspirated 2011 E63 AMG with long tube headers, fuel injectors on full E85 with E85 tune, dyno tune, transmission tune and 3 inch exhaust running at 515whp with 490lbs of torque. I came to this video because this new Q60s Red Sport saw me on the highway today and called me out to a 40 roll on 3. I down shifted to 2nd right at 4RPM and let him slightly get the jump... then dragged him by a couple 🚌 🚌's. I figured he maybe downshifted to the wrong gear so I gave him action back but it played out the same. I had 3 people with me also, so there was 4 people in the AMG and just him in the Q60s Red Sport. Plus I got bags and a heavy sound system in the trunk. This video shows different, yet we're talking about 2 different AMG's.🤔
The tune made the benz even slower along with the wonderful jamaican bobsled paint job 😂😂😂

Do you have an rs or silver sport ? And do you have anything done to it ? Im looking at Infinti along with a few other cars but the Infiniti's has some dated stuff to it that Im not a fan of.. what do you think ?
@@vroomgc silver sport. exhaust, intakes, wheels + tires, some aesthetic stuff. I wanted a coupe with awd, not many other options for the price unless you go with m240i, s5 etc. Then you gotta consider reliability

I drive a 2017 Q50 RS fully loaded and the tech is fine. Is the infotainment system dated and laggy, sure. Tell me how much time someone spends on a infotainment system daily? Unless you're driving a Tesla, a infotainment system is used rarely
@@kschrop Ok sure, however that seems like an excuse for Infiniti not spending money on any updates, including the transmission. Doesn't give me the warm and fuzzy putting money into a company that may be struggling. However I like the car which is why its on my list
interesting fact, a fully tuned q60 base makes the same amount of horsepower as fully tuned q60 RS, because its the same engines, turbos, transmissions, ect... so if you want to tune your q50, q60... you can get the cheapest one model, which is about 20k less than RS, put about 10k into it, and you will have a much faster car than red sport and cheaper.
if the engine in the new 400Z is the same as the q60 rs, then I think its an absolute W

The biggest drawback of the q is the ancient 7 spd. With the updated 9spd it should eat a lot of cars stock

Clearly this is the way to go in the VR30DDTT world. Stock RS400 (q50 or q60) is not the power move, unless you want dadfast. Get a Silversport (300bhp variant) modify and collect receipts. New location is good Sam, well done sir.
One quick question, the Q60S was initially using a tuned map to bring it to RS400 level? Only reason I ask is because I don't think my Q50RS400 hangs with a C43 AMG, esp based on the 4dr W205 we had there a few weeks ago on rainout night. The RS400 map must do some other magic (like building boost at launch), factory tuning only builds torque.

@@jimwallace4164 Even if he was on a RedSport map, the Intake and exhaust modifications (3" pipes no cats) as well as lighter wheels would give the car more of an advantage over a fully stock RedSport. But in either case as as the graphic shows he ran a 13s 1/4mile which is right around stock RedSport expectation.
Regardless, when they both went full stage 2 the Q didn't just slightly pull on the c43, it put bus lanes on the damn thing. So maybe better tires n a driver mod might get the c43 some help but still wouldn't beat the q mod for mod tune for tune

People are sleeping on the Q50/Q60 VR30 motors. When they first released in 2016, a small amount of tuners were hyped on it. Now people are starting to realize they goofed for not paying attention. With AWD and a tune, the Q50/Q60 are monsters. They'll hook and 3rd gear is insane. It'll pulls hard. If you have RWD, it pulls hard as well but traction is an issue without good tires due to the insane amount of torque.

Idk what tune this guy had in the video, but I’ve seen a another UA-cam video of the c43 doing 0-60 in 3.0 seconds and quarter mile in 10.9 with downpipes, ecu/ tcu tune, and stage 2 eurocharged. U could probably find it right now. That c43 with those mods would eat that q60 alive and look way better in all black while doing it

Infiniti is a great brand and wish they would be doing better. Regular buyers are focused on screens not engine and car potential. Another example they eat the regular customer fav any day.
