Hey Vince, May I kindly ask you to put time links next to the movements in the description please? Whenever I want to perfect my form on a specific movement, I always find myself lost in the video. It will make life much easier for us. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!
I like watching your videos because you give both cable and dumbell workout for every muscle grouping and form. I'm starting out. I have no clue what I'm doing, trial and error right?, So I appreciate seeing proper form.
Hey, thanks for the tips! Question: the third bicep exercise is also beneficial for the forearms, right? Since the palms are facing down, you´re causing tension on the forearms too! I will definitely be using these ones :)
Yo Vshred! I've been doing your Dumbbell workout for Biceps. The weights I have at home only reach 7.5KG, they've become easy for me. Will I still have any gains if I continue doing the same amount of KG, should I focus on another muscle group? I do 5 sets of Drag Curls, Hammer Curls and Supernated Curls in which I do 10 each. Any help? Should I continue or is it worthless for my gains!
Is there an alternative to the easy bar kneeling curls. My arms do not fully extend and I have metal plates and bolts in my left elbow. Making this particular workout quite uncomfortable
Great workout. I had gone about a month without going to the gym and wanted to start with an arm day. I was sore after the biceps but great to be able to stay at one station. Now if my gym would just get another set of ropes so I can keep the same order.
Thanks for watching! Stay tuned for more workout videos. If you like to get a more detailed plan for your body type and goal, you can check the free body type quiz in the description. -Josh
is there a reason why you hold the rope at the top as you do in the rope extension? I usally hold it at the bottom where the plastic things are, is that good form?
You do the latter. Thank you for watching. Stay tuned for more workout videos. If you are interested in a more detailed workout program, just click the link in the description. -Josh
I’ve underestimated this guy he was popping up on my Facebook page but after checking this out you have changed my opinion I should never judge a book but on the Facebook ad I never seen you swallow that pizza dude lol thanks for a brilliant vid

I love this channel. Vin’s training style is my favorite. I always look forward to his videos. They keep me motivated for my gym game, and the video quality and editing is getting so good! 🤙🏼
You can do this 2-3 times in a week if you wanted to! In order to get results this will come down to not only doing just these exercises but also eating a well balanced plan as well as completing a well balanced exercise routine. -Adam W.
I wouldn't follow Vinsanitys advice. Look somewhere else. It's gonna take more than this to get in shape. Use real workouts to work up to a comfortable muscle mass and maintain. You won't grow that fast being a girl, or not at all if you listen to people like this.
Lara Kontakos I would recommend gaining as much muscle as possible, even if you are a girl. Some people in today’s society think that some sports are only for one gender. For example, some people think that volleyball is only for girls and/or that weightlifting is only for boys. Do whatever makes you feel good. Muscles are good to have for both genders.
Thank you Chase. It is not that I don't want to gain muscle. I just don't want to lose my feminine body when working out. I am all for gaining more muscle than I already have.
Can you offer me guidance as to how i know how many kg's to set it at? At the moment i start light, and with each set getting one higher. I can do them all though so don't know if it's too light. Same with biceps.. should it get so that i cannot complete the set?
Hey there, it's a good idea to change up your workouts and if that means hitting both biceps and triceps in the same lift then you definitely can :) -Adam W.
Yay, Loreto! Thank you for supporting Vince's video. We really appreciate it and hope we can help you towards your fitness journey. Keep on shredding ~ Cj
Didn't like the last exercise. That jerking the bar ,and body movement didn't look right. Being 66,that may throw my back out. But that's just me. It may work good for others.

Great workout exercises with cable. I'm doing it right now. Stay healthy, stay home, stay safe. God bless ...
Great exercises. I sometimes have to swap out that sitting bicep exercise due to a bad knee.
Thanks man. This helps me get organized a lot. When I have a routine it’s way easier to stay committed.

@@vshred could u do legs , chest , arms , shoulders , back with cable machine only. Im 14 and my gym wont let me use weights

I would start training your whole body! You will need to increase the load on your muscle to continue to see gains however! ~Benny

Awesome arm day!!! Whoop 🙌 big up vshred!!!
Can I use all of this workout one time in the gym? Like each individual workout for the bicep and tricep is it working on different types of muscles?
Yeah, all target different bits of your arm :)
This was super helpful brotha! Thank you!
Great workout, cool intro bro, thanks so much bro
How often would you reccommend doing this workout for the best results?
Hey Rhexx! I recommend doing a full arm workout 1-2 times a week. You'll also be hitting them with your other exercise as well. ~Tim

Do it after so you have more energy for the weights but always start with a warm up

In my Gym everything is busy benches, dumbbells, cable machines, running machines, bicycles and etc lol
Are these workouts mostly for men? I don't want to get really big. I'm only 110 lbs, I just want to gain a little more muscle and tone up.
Thanks. Well, I know we have different body types and maybe certain workouts have better results for either men or women. Anyways thank you.

Plus, you have to do some heavy weights. If you're just repping 10lbs on exercises that won't do shit no matter the reps.
Lara Kontakos I would recommend gaining as much muscle as possible, even if you are a girl. Some people in today’s society think that some sports are only for one gender. Find your one rep limit and take off 20% of the weight basically

One minute of rest is 40 seconds too long dude!
This all depends on the amount of weight you are using. With higher weights you are going to need to take a longer break. Keep working hard!
