Soo umm if you dont have much apps and photos but the memory is still full ( "other") Go to folder and delete "Data"

Go to settings-》battery&devicecare-》click on storage-》scroll down to "large files&duplicate files-》 DELETE WHAT YOU DON'T NEED-》 scroll up to "delete files" . You should see "other" going down. I had 58 gigs of videos that i didn't even know i had. You could also move it to your sd card if you still want them.
