These reviews are by far the best anywhere. Cheers from 🇨🇦 🙏
I bought the brown pair over 4 years ago now... still in perfect condition other than the leather looking a little bit worn. Still waterproof, worn most days both on an off the bike, never have to touch the laces, just unzip and in. No regrets, great boots!
I bought these today. I have to say that they are fantastic. Very, very comfortable, casual enough to wear off the bike if needed and excellent service from Motolegends.
Thanks for all your videos Chris, I am just learning to ride and buying my own gear and your videos have been invaluable and your price beat is amazing too.
I love these boots. So comfortable. Fantastic boot, recommended. loved the service in shop, worth the ride just to sit and have a great cup of coffee👍☕️
Let's hope you can do that again soon!
Fingers crossed 🤞
Great pair of comfortable boots and work well with the rokker jeans. Staff in the shop are very helpful as well.
Thank you for saying so, we are hoping we can be helpful again when we can open!
You're right, it is a fantastic boot! I bought a pair from you last year. 👍
Glad you like them!
Mine were delivered today from Motolegends. Very impressive boots. In fact I would say they are almost too nice to wear on the bike! Really nice leather and a good sole. Comfort is excellent too. I usually wear a size 8 but have found with TCX I need to go up to a 9. This is my third or fourth pair of TCX boots in the last 15 years. I took advantage of the price promise so got a good deal.
Great to hear! Thank you for your order!
I have these boots I dont have to undo the laces ever to put them on .they wear in perfectly. The white stitching turns dark in just a few rides. Love them
Tcx Hero boots are awesome I have broad size 12 feet and these are so much more roomy than a lot of other brands out there .
Very comfortable from the outset and when they soften off you can get them on without undoing the laces no problem.
No problems with wet feet , if it's particularly cold and wet I will wear a pair of long sealskinz waterproof socks when riding in the Hero's
My only slight issue is they should have a loop on the back to help when pulling the boot on .
Can I ask which EU size did you buy ? Are you a UK 12 ? Thanks
@@mbrunskill UK size 12 .
Have you guys reviewed the Falco aviator boot which has a zip on either side making it easier to get in and out of
Will the black ones peel? I’m not too sure what stamped leather is. I’ve had issues with black dress shoes peeling but never with my brown ones.
I believe those are, infact, stiched. Most goodyear welts do not pierce the outsole. These are a norweigian welt. The stitch goes through the midsole, rather than the outsole.
These are 75$ more than the previous model. That puts them in a range with other boots of similar quality. I still got these though!
How is this boot resolable if it doesn't have a goodyear welt (the sole is simply glued to the upper)?
In terms of safety, does this size protect the shins? Will it protect our bones if we fall to the ground? Is it a safe boot for above the ankle? Or is Sidi Midi Goretex more suitable?
I considered these boots but I'm concerned they won't breathe. My feet sweat a lot and I am worried I'd rot them out from the inside
We’ll all waterproof membranes should be breathable as well as waterproof. But if you have very sweaty feet maybe consider a non-waterproof boot. There are a few around. Alternatively the Rokker Urban Racer is made of waterproof leather but no membrane so should be more breathable.
Why do you think they aren't more popular?
For me it’s lack of pull tab and the Brown is too dark for my taste. Also shift pad is not really thick enough. My 2cents.
Hello my friend. Will my feet sweat if I wear these tcx boots in summer? Is it suitable for 15 - 35 degrees C in the city or outside the city? I use Vespa between April and September. I am looking for safe 3 season boots. Thank you.
