    I really enjoy your videos but the problem is it is very difficult to understand what you say. Could you speak a bit louder, please? Everything you present in your videos is excellent and practical but the problem is the loudness of the vocal. Thanks.

      @@AMRPhysiotherapy Thanks again. I have worn-out shoulders (no cartilage) due to overwork. Probably rugger, push-ups, etc,. Could you do a video about how to increase the range of motion for this condition?
