    Yassss!!! Way to go Day 3 is here! We are continuing to connect the dots to our pelvic floor and working on trunk rotation, improving our posture (but not like you might think), and bringing it back to our breathing.

    I was tired today…work, long walk with the dog, cooking dinner for my family but I did day three and loved it! Thank you

    Great stretch Melissa I really love the side twist especially for core and glutes and quads really felt it u rock this is a great challenge I am very grateful for you learn a lot from you see you tomorrow

    thank you very much, I love this workout. we do exercises that I usually don't do myself, but that's why they're even more important. after the exercise, I feel that the chest is much more flexible and that I can also breathe more effectively

    Did Day-3 EARLY in the day, going to try to do it again tonight too - maybe get husband to join too! I found the elbow to elbow challenging to keep stable on my Right side. Left side was steady. 18:15. Thank you!

    I love your classes, so relaxing, challenging & relatable. I found with yesterday’s class & todays that my left side is a lot tighter. But i will keep being consistent and work on my breathing. Thank you ✨

    Taught at school all day. Couldn't get my walk in due to 57 mile and hour winds, but did my core didn't realize how tight my ribs and shoulders are as well and I do regular yoga . . . . .

    I am wobbly on some of the floor motions. My spine is rigid so side to side movement is none, however my core muscles are finding some movement so in time I may be able to loosen up some. I have some difficulty but Im learning and I like it. Thank you

    Today's practice was intense! I see I really have to work on opening my chest, from all the breastfeeding, rocking, holding... It's so tight 😮😅 that cactus harms on the floor with belly down works wonders for my posture, I could feel the difference almost immediately ❤ but the last stretch with the yoga mat was hard! 😅 Hopefully it will get better overtime ❤😊

      Yes all of those movements holding, breastfeeding, rocking, carrying all put you in a forward posture so these exercises really open up the mid back and chest! Keep up the good work they do get easier with time.
