In this quick flow we focus on letting go of tightness and tension by using our breath. We open the hips in all different directions since such a big connection with pelvic floor and hips.

I’ve found areas of tension I hadn’t noticed before and I’m starting to feel like I have more control over my diaphragm and my hips are definitely asking for more!

I've always had a problem with core stuff in 30 day series before as it's always been about the crunches and more crunches and those horrible yogi bicycle things. I've never felt any benefit from them but understand now they haven't been hitting things I needed,like getting my diaphragm working again after being a chest breather with the myesthenia. Thank you for making a core series that's more functional and just not about endless situps
I absolutely LOVE this! So awesome how you are working on the breathing and feeling the connection more now than with previous core challenges. And you made me chuckle with "horrible yogi bicycle thinks" 😂 Yes so many other ways we can work our core and pelvic floor. Keep up the fabulous work! We appreciate your support 💕

I am loving these classes. They are so relaxing and effective to relieve tension. I didn't notice how much I held my breath and held on to tension. This is helping me be more aware of the tightness in my hips. And also the release in my hips after the exercise. Thank you ❤

I hope we don't get disqualified for the drawing... I need to work out early in the morning. I didn't receive this link till after 3 pm so now I'll be a day behind.
You are not disqualified from being a day or few behind in the challenge. Some people are doing it every day and others are doing it ever other or every few. I am keeping the challenge open a week past the 30days to let people finish and catch up.

I'm always a day "behind" being in the UK but we aren't really. We all beat our own drums with our own schedules. It's all good.

You can do this challenge whenever works best for you. There are people doing it each day, there are some every other, when they can and some that are saving it to do later. This 30 day challenge will always be available.
