I have been having some issues with mid back for almost 6-8 months and went to physical therapy.. they prescribed many of the exercises which are covered in this flow. Doing PT exercises everyday is somehow boring but this is a great way to get all the key exercises covered in a seamless flow.. that makes it easy to be consistent. Thank you.
Oh my goodness I just wanna tell you I love you lol my back has been hurting so bad for about three weeks. I have a doctor appointment tomorrow but wow that really helped in just a few minutes it gave me such relief. thank you so much. I stinking love yoga it is always so helpful. I just have not been able to get on the mat because I’ve been hurting so bad. Thank you thank you

Hi there! So happy this one helped you! Here is another one of my favorites for mid-back and chest opening. ua-cam.com/video/NDQhGkWragY/v-deo.html Keep up your awesome work!
Awww we love hearing this! So amazing! Keep up the fabulous work & please let us know if there is a video you would like to see more of. We like making content you want more of.
I have watched a few yoga videos, and instructors, over the last few months. Usually trying to tackle whatever is giving me the most gyp at the time... tile setter of 20 years. Not that I'm a free content snob, i find ridicule of peoples efforts put online for free is quite ungrateful. "The less one has accomplished in life, they more they trivialize the accomplishments of others" Wanted to say this is my first comment on a video. Truly impressed. I subbed immediately and will be making this my go to channel. You have it, I don't know what "it" is... but you got it 😅 You deserve far far more views, I hope your channel takes off! 🚀
You are welcome! So glad you enjoyed this back mobility class!!! And guess what we filmed today?!? Akili joined for a class stay tuned coming as soon as it gets edited 💗
So glad you enjoyed this class. I will add a slower flow class to my filming list. Thank you for your suggestion. We love hearing what you want to see more of!
Hi! I hope you see this message! I've been doing yoga for about a month now. (I'm at beginner level) I'm 60 years old with OA in my thoracic spine. Would this help release the stiffness I feel 24/7? I can do yoga on the floor not on a chair. Thx
Hi Maggie! Welcome to the channel! This class has some great moves to help with mid back tension that you might enjoy, but you might also like our new free beginner core series that also has a focus on mid back tightness and a whole body approach square-art-937.myflodesk.com/wiqh0k7wsm
Thank you! This is a wonderful video! I just subscribed to your channel. The large muscle on the Rt side of my mid-back has been tight for about 5 months -since I strained my lower Lumber lifting a heavy suitcase with my Rt hand. Physical therapy really helped me recover. I’m not sure if it’s my Erector Spinae or Latisimus Dosi (?) I will check with my trainer on Monday.. but I do feel much better from your yoga workout. I need to do this consistently 😊.
Thank you for this! I’ve been sore between my shoulder blades, but also where I would’ve called my mid-back . . . What do you call the area under your shoulders, but above your lower back? Do you have a video for that part of the back as well? It’s mostly the muscles along side my spine thatthat bother me.
Hi there! We call that area the thoracic region of the spine. Give this video a try and let me know how you feel 💜 ua-cam.com/video/NDQhGkWragY/v-deo.html
Everyone is different with what works best so listening to your body is key. Some do these exercises daily and some do when needed or anywhere in between.
Please dont ever delete this, its gold! Thank you!❤

@@DrMelissaOleson That's brilliant 😁
I love this sequence but would love it if the pace was a little slower so that I can settle in to each movement and feel the stretch.

In weak how many days doing this exercise

Sorry, you move and speak too quickly. I'm a beginner and cannot keep up with this, trying to look at my screen and do the poses at the same time.
