Cod liver oil. I swear by it! I used to have to get a cortisone shot every 3-4 months for elbow pain. I started taking Cod Liver Oil and I don't have the pain, and I can go hard and heavy on my triceps and shoulders. I'm usually one of those "snake oil" believers, but I'm telling, it works for me FWIW.
He has a great shoulder workout video up already. He doesn’t do much targeted front delt work like overhead press, he says he lets the compound chest movements grow them.
Ik hou van de manier waarop je je bouw traint en de geweldige manier waarop je de oefeningen uitlegt die ik aan boord heb genomen veel van je tips voor geweldige veranderingen

greetings Wesley.....tremendous training video, I am going to do your pulley exercises only for triceps and I will tell you later how the result was...💪👊
Thank you so much for demonstrating the tension a bar puts on your elbows. I've always felt the same but so many experts recommend a straight bar. I feel more justified protecting my elbows now.
Great advise, my elbows at 56 are getting painful... and yes by the looks of it I was doing it all wrong even to the point I now have a snapping elbow on the left arm which makes an alarming noise when it snaps, thankfully it's painless, people look at me strange when they hear it lol., but a lesson learned today. Thanks Wesley.
Just came across your channel. I’m so pleased with how you demonstrate and explain exercises. Triceps is my most favorite muscle group to work. Much Joy. Like Rocky would say “I’ll be back “. 😊💪🏾✨
I’ve been training 18years, am a current top level amateur, and yet this video is actually very helpful and has taught me things I haven’t ever really considered! 👏. Really good and will be used going forward. Hopefully can help reduce elbow pain following these techniques, specially the short head advice 👍 goes to show you can always learn new things
Best videos in the business. Trap's next please! Also Wes can you position yourself on any regular siated tricep pushdown to get the forward and slightly backward motion ?
For the tricep push down I use the bar with both ends angled down at 45 degrees. I prefer the ones without flanges on the ends as these tend to interfere with the wrists. Work gloves with rubberized grip surface help. Been doing it for decades with no elbow pain.
Always good stuff Wes. Its funny ive been the past few years grabbing the end of a cable or using a ankle cuff as a handle to make it easier on my wrist joints. I feel it so much more in my triceps during cable 1hand pull downs
Whatsup Wesley, I like to do 2 exercises for my triceps (exclused warm up). Whats your opinion ? Skull crushers (narrow grip) Cable rope (double arm) (Sometimes i finish with dips) It works for me.
Ive found personally over the years if wanting to avoid elbow pain / tendonitis long term I ignore free weights when it comes to triceps, also unless they are on the same day try and keep chest and arm days away from each other (ie not doing biceps the day after doing chest for example)
Training traps video would be great. I just use dumbells by my sides and face pulls with a rope to hit them. Is there another way to target them to get good results?
Nice trick which helped me alot: do not circle your lower arm. Do it more like you stap with a knife. Watching you would not see much difference, but it feels different and is much better for your joints.
I would like to see what and how you put your feet placement for quads or outer thighs on leg press as well as the quads themselves. I have a hard time connecting or feeling my outer quads engage in leg press. I know they are but I don’t feel it. Idk if I need to push through the movement just through my heels or outers of my feet or both? It would be a great help if you help with that. And thank you for everything you do!!
Where's the best place to get the ankle cuff from? I've seen some but but it seems difficult to attach it to the machine as there's nothing to attach it to..? Great Video 👍🏻💪🏻🙏
The medial tricep head is way more important than you're giving it credit for that's why I Phil Heath's and Kevin levrone's triceps look so good They should be definitely training that part
I have a shoulder impingement in my left shoulder and it is impossibly painful to do any behind the head curl with either free weights or cable. Any suggestions for substitute? Thank you.
the term shoulder impingement is not used anymore; it's called SAPS. You can train your triceps (including the long head) without the overhead exercises just fine.
Elbow pain is a serious limiting factor. Thanks for the tips champ 🎉
@DeepakKhoenie it is! I was struggling with it in the past and not having it bother me now allows me to make much better gains 💪🏼

Wes, u can do series for shoulder parts. like a good shoulder video with at least 2 best exercises for each front, middle and rear delt parts. Thanks.
He has a great shoulder workout video up already. He doesn’t do much targeted front delt work like overhead press, he says he lets the compound chest movements grow them.
So glad we are back to this style of video!

I love this video series please Keep it going wessley thank you!!!
Really enjoy your reasoning and explanations for each exercise
Why exactly? It's very flawed.
@plinkert22 I'd love to see some training videos of another IFBB pro like yourself showing us the correct way

Wes you’re the man. Respectfully, I think you could do with some neck training to balance out your head, neck and upper traps.
Good observation.

Great info, I am one with the elbow forearm issue. Love the cuff.
Great video. I’m starting to feel the pain in my elbows so I’ll try this today

Thank yoy Wesley.
It was great, as expected from the champion
Please make an educational video about the supplements that should be used

When you speak about arm training it's time to listen, as IMHO you have the best arms within the realm of classic bodybuilding 💪💪💪
Would love to see more hamstring and calve work, big guy.
Whatsup Wesley,
I like to do 2 exercises for my triceps (exclused warm up). Whats your opinion ?
Skull crushers (narrow grip)
Cable rope (double arm)
(Sometimes i finish with dips)
It works for me.
Oh Yeah Triceps. I can see my request in the COMMENT Shots of the Video. Thank you Wes. Hope to see you in COLUMBUS

Wouldn't the rope be an option for the cable push down for the shorthead?
I think its personal preference, Myself I prefer the vbar for push downs,
Yeah, the same movement for the lateral head
Tks Champ 🏆 you look incredible
How to train upper chest effectively, please !!😊
Gold thanks
Nice trick which helped me alot: do not circle your lower arm. Do it more like you stap with a knife. Watching you would not see much difference, but it feels different and is much better for your joints.
A chopping motion is the best way to train the triceps this includes a close grip pin press with a Swiss bar instead of an Olympic bar
Like to see some of your shoulder workout. Or lats thanks
Big Guns 💪👍🤜💥🏋️♂️🛠️😎
Ankle straps for the win👊🏾
Finally! I need exactly this clip for triceps 👑
Sublime Wesley puissant élégant 👍❤
Wesley Can you do a Video on Lower back and its shape

shoulders please, esp front delts
Over head presses (machine, bar, smith or dumbbells) and front raises (cable or dumbbells)
Current best arms in classic
Triroids really help too 😁
I have only dumbells. What exercises are good using dumbells
Nice
What is your split?
How about skull crushers with neutral grip box barbell ?
Where can I get that pull down bar with plenty of holes?
Hello Wesley, can I purchase your ESN nutrition in USA? Thank you for your great training advice.
ur biceps is more bigger
Very good video and excellent presentation. Thanks champ 👍
with or without juice?!
The medial tricep head is way more important than you're giving it credit for that's why I Phil Heath's and Kevin levrone's triceps look so good
They should be definitely training that part
08:10 isn't that the same as whit the cable ?
How can I get muscle at age 73
Just like you would at 20 or 30 or 40, but with decreased testosterone at your age, the muscle building process will be slower.
@ Thanks for that clarification.👍
Wesley you will be taking part in the Arnold Classic 2025 and Mr.Olympia 2025?
Jeff Nippard ahh thumbnail
Rope?
That allows both arms at the same time, halving the workout time.
