@DeepakKhoenie it is! I was struggling with it in the past and not having it bother me now allows me to make much better gains 💪🏼

Cod liver oil. I swear by it! I used to have to get a cortisone shot every 3-4 months for elbow pain. I started taking Cod Liver Oil and I don't have the pain, and I can go hard and heavy on my triceps and shoulders. I'm usually one of those "snake oil" believers, but I'm telling, it works for me FWIW.

Wes, u can do series for shoulder parts. like a good shoulder video with at least 2 best exercises for each front, middle and rear delt parts. Thanks.

He has a great shoulder workout video up already. He doesn’t do much targeted front delt work like overhead press, he says he lets the compound chest movements grow them.

Great advise, my elbows at 56 are getting painful... and yes by the looks of it I was doing it all wrong even to the point I now have a snapping elbow on the left arm which makes an alarming noise when it snaps, thankfully it's painless, people look at me strange when they hear it lol., but a lesson learned today. Thanks Wesley.

For the tricep push down I use the bar with both ends angled down at 45 degrees. I prefer the ones without flanges on the ends as these tend to interfere with the wrists. Work gloves with rubberized grip surface help. Been doing it for decades with no elbow pain.

    It works for me.

Ive found personally over the years if wanting to avoid elbow pain / tendonitis long term I ignore free weights when it comes to triceps,
also unless they are on the same day try and keep chest and arm days away from each other (ie not doing biceps the day after doing chest for example)

I would like to see what and how you put your feet placement for quads or outer thighs on leg press as well as the quads themselves. I have a hard time connecting or feeling my outer quads engage in leg press. I know they are but I don’t feel it. Idk if I need to push through the movement just through my heels or outers of my feet or both? It would be a great help if you help with that. And thank you for everything you do!!
