I adopted your cable curls and concentration curls from a previous video and you are totally right in that they give great bicep isolation and the concentration curls to failure with a high rep range gave me the biggest bicep pump I've ever had!

I like what you mention about not going too heavy on the bicep work. I've gotten in trouble over the years trying to go overly heavy with biceps and suffered from a good deal of tendonitis. And we all know how that sucks.

Watching this workout session after 2days no sleep , bulking going downhill ( losing wt ) due to medical college never ending exams , it’s hard to be natty.

Hey Wesley, I've noticed that my arms are lagging behind compared to my other muscle groups. Now I'm hearing you say the opposite of what I was advised recently, and it's making it tough to figure out what to do next. I was told that the arms are a small muscle group that often gets worked during other exercises, so I should train them less to avoid overtraining, especially if I’m working out multiple times a week. Additionally, I was informed that muscles need 48 hours of rest to recover, and I was recommended to lift heavy weights with a maximum of 8 reps per set. It’s a bit discouraging to hear so many conflicting pieces of advice.

Great video with informative tips🔥. Yeah i admit hammer curls are the best exercises to grow thick arms quickly. Been lifting for about a year with poor sleep routine and extremely low protein intake, and I've still gained around 3 inch already in my arm.
