    I hurt myself jumping into wall Pilates without stretching first and this set of stretching helped to release a lot of the pain.

    i do work as an electrition, swim and climb. theres a lot of tension in my back and ive done a lot of different streches. this very strech did a lot of effect in a good way :)

    I loved this stretch! I would ask that you include which muscle area should feel the stretch to ensure I'm doing it correctly along with which ones should not be engaged. Again, loved this video and will be back for more!

    Omg! This is an amazing class! I regularly do Pilates and haven’t been able to do child’s pose since I had my double mastectomy with left Dorsi FLAP procedure 12 years ago. I’ve had a lot
    Of problems with mobility and pain, even yesterday doing a Pilates class I couldn’t straighten my left arm to do it. After this class at the end of, I AM ABLE TO DO IT! thank you so much!!!

    This was AMAZING ❤ thank you so so mutch Mira. Im chronically ill and my stress sets always at my neck and shoulders. Now it is all soft and Light and so loose.
