i do work as an electrition, swim and climb. theres a lot of tension in my back and ive done a lot of different streches. this very strech did a lot of effect in a good way :)

I loved this stretch! I would ask that you include which muscle area should feel the stretch to ensure I'm doing it correctly along with which ones should not be engaged. Again, loved this video and will be back for more!
