As for Sengun, the kid is the one player that consistently exceeds expectations. Dude is smart and super competitive. There's a reason he's thrived to this point. I hope Ime let's him run a good chunk of the offense.

Harden definitely knew what he was doing by saying and repeating that Morey is a liar in front of a Chinese audience. He used geopolitics to try to force a trade. That is about as low as you can get.

I understand the annoyance that James harden brings but I appreciate him for putting us on the map. He will always be a Houston legend. One thing I respect is he his own man and doesn’t care what anyone thinks.
If sengun adds that one legged fadeaway to his bag, that he showed today against Ukraine, with his playmaking and post play, he is gonna be unstoppable offensive weapon. If what he lacks is rim protection any team should find the pieces to help him. And I think he is a really good perimeter defender with his quick hands and explosive athleticism. People expect him to be top tier anchor big with what he already brings on the table. If he had those defensive skills he would be top 5 active player RN. So people should expect reasonable things.

Rockets chop shop good commentary good analysis. I think that Sengun defense will improve when you have a better defensive coach like Ime Udoka, in the beginning when he took over the Celtics, they had difficulties with the young guys grasping the defense. But in the end, he got them all the function as one. They became a finals team NBA that is. If he has stayed there the year they let him, be suspended I see no reason why they could not have one NBA championship. The coach is excellent in my opinion communicating. He’s a no nonsense type of guy. Any played in the NBA on the Popovich and the number other teams. Now as far as James Harden’s concern. I think it’s pretty sad that he would go over and complain in front of the Chinese when it’s a communist country that may pay his tennis shoes or whatever. But the governor complain in front of those people. He’s finished to me. That’s just my opinion I’m an American. All the way. Serve my country into wars and I’m a black man. And that was ridiculous. I’m also a Lakers fan, but I like the Rockets young core. This will be exciting year for them.

Well said but you didnt dodge a bullet, you dodged a rocket!. Its hard to find real fans that are not delusional because of their bias. Many executives and managers are no different. It woulda been a huge mistake for anybody to give up the farm for Harden. His career is getting dismantled and hes trying to bring down everybody else with him. Legacy and reputation defines you and its forever. Harden is still taking on more rope. He needs to get some sound advice from some sound minds. Maybe you could tell him some good sh1t. But What he did in the playoffs for us and now Philly.... As great as Harden is when you need him most he's been a habitual quitter. We could win a title with James Harden with the group we have right now. James Harden would rather be the 6th man off the bench like he was sixth man with the thunder. The biggest mistake is if we avoid the chance at the title this year if we don't get James Harden. He may not be the leader of a team anymore but he could help boost the offense off the bench with kpj and others, this team would have crazy depth.

Any nba player that has the skill level of James Harden is a willing player who can adjust to do whatever it takes to win a championship at the end of his career, which would be right now. James Harden is not a type of guy who wouldn't tarnish his chance to win a title , he believes that if he comes back with this current Rockets it would make this team surely a championship team with so much additional veteran players like D Brooks and FVVleet and Jeff Green. Rockets are just 1 Elite player away that will put the Rockets a championship team that is James Harden. Ime udoka should reconsider bringing in James harden if he wants to win now, and the way he coaches is perfect for James Harden, and there's no reason he should be worried because he is a good coach. Ime udoka knows how to win after being coached by one of the best coaches of all time in Popovich. So he can make James harden a winner and help him adjust as Harden can as well. It's not a bad thing like most people believed.
