Hello, guys from the USA I just wanted to go ahead and say you guys doing an awesome job. I've seen some details before. And you guys are just amazing, very thorough. Just wanted to say when you were talking and putting the roof rafters on the top of the top plate. Fact that 1 side is a double top plate. The other side is a single therefore creating pitch . That was only thing that you didn't say. Keep up the great work.
Proper tasty job lads! Agree the black fascia and soffit is nice, I always try and get my customers to have it! Expensive though, but looks so much smarter.
This is the one I’ve been waiting for!! Been following you legends a good while and love all that you do but this is the clearest and closest to the build I’ve got planned! Thank you so much and you all earned that pizza!! ✊🏻👍🏻💪🏼🥳🍕
Absolute love watching you guys do a proper job. I'd love you guys to sort my new build garden . It's basically a blank canvas . Slabs run towards the build and a horrid slope which they couldn't be bothered to level off . I'd love an out building where the slope is and a garden I can enjoy. I've got £5 / £7.5 to do this all in but fail to find someone trustworthy to do a proper job and not just run away with the money . 😢.
I.m military veteran with a disability . I would love some kindness and support in building a outhouse in my bungalow garden, where I can mediate and relax .
Love your videos. I plan to build a 5 x 10 meters garden room so this will come in very useful. Any advice you can give me on building a room this size?
@homeimprovements thank you. Would you happen to know whether I can install some framing and decking slightly above the roof and make it a deck area that could be used for sunbathing etc. If I put some fencing around the edge would that affect the 2.5m high limit?
Lovely job you guys do, I absolutely love watching your videos. Can I ask what’s the name of the corrugated panels that you used for the back and sides is called. Planning on redoing my shed and this could be another option to consider. Thanks
I did a similar build with no access to the sides, I had a job getting the corner pieces on the cladding. How did you screw them down at the bottom as there's no access?
When you put the corners on at the back could you only fix them at the top,as you could not get access to the bottom with the neighbour's fence in the way.
Do you insulate the floor or recommend insulation in the floor? I have a very similar DIY build that i have two courses of brick down on a pad (except 1 course where doors going in). Build stalled in the summer as I snapped my tibia and fibia in a game at Millwall FC! Was planning on putting in 50mm insulation in the floor…..
Just a quick tip when installing the rubber. Instead of folding the rubber over, role it half way then glue then role it over the glue instead of folding. It makes it easier to lay and you can brush the rubber as you role so less folds and air pockets
Looks amazing. How much did the materials cost to get it to this stage? And did it take 5 days with the 5 of you working at it? I’ve got something similar planned but I think I’ve grossly underestimated how long it’s going to take us!

It is a joy to see a job actually done properly, awesome work guys!
Well done guys, love the way you explain what you’re doing and why, for people wanting to learn this is a great channel!
Much appreciated! 😊

Lovely building in a difficult position
Nice finish too
Pizza oven looks the dogs
Nice one Phil 👊🏼
You’re welcome
Fascinating to watch all the different vids
great video guys 👌
Thank you! 👍
Very nice! Hopefully that old tree swinging in the wind doesn't get angry that younger trees were felled to create this build.
🤣🙈 this land was purchased as is if anything was felled it was many many moons ago nothing to do with this build 😊👊🏼
Supper dupper build ❤
😊🙏🏼
Another masterclass build, well done lads. My new favourite word from now on is "noggins" (whatever that is).
🤣🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Super work
🤩 thanks
The baby birthday celebration was so wholesome. Cracking work guys.

Nice one Tommy 🙌
I.m military veteran with a disability . I would love some kindness and support in building a outhouse in my bungalow garden, where I can mediate and relax .
Where you located?
Yes boys!! 🎉
👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼
Smashed it! Great video!
Just wondered what the rough cost would of been for this lads
Materials I think were 2-4K ish 😁
Great vid as always .! Can we get another vid with the door and insides been done ? Cheers
Not sure what lees doing with it tbf but if we get a chance we will 😊😊👊🏼👊🏼
Happy Birthday 🎂 😊
🤩🙏🏼
I love that cap with that red maple leaf in the middle. Where can I get one?
Lovely old job
Nice one Andy 😊👊🏼
Love your videos. I plan to build a 5 x 10 meters garden room so this will come in very useful. Any advice you can give me on building a room this size?
Thanks mate take your time and consider your roof carefully on such a big span 😊
@homeimprovements thank you. Would you happen to know whether I can install some framing and decking slightly above the roof and make it a deck area that could be used for sunbathing etc. If I put some fencing around the edge would that affect the 2.5m high limit?

I’ll add the link in the description 😊
Hi Lads
Enjoying ya stuff.. can you advise where you get your black cladding sheets from please? 👍
Thanks Mike and Not sure on that one mate this was Lee for materials we just built it for him 🙈🙈
3:56 made a very good point so I did just that 😅😂
🤣🤣
You didn't need the vertical battens on the back just the horizontal as the ribs in the tin sheet allow vertical ventilation .
True that was a miss on my side 😊
Surely it’s still a good thing to do to stop any moisture retention against the membrane as horizontal battens stop water running all the way down?
Great work as always Brad, shame Phil doesn't help more...
I’m trying to be better 🤣🤣🤣
Thanks 😂😂
Yeah great work from Brad well done mate…😂 pukka job as always fellas 💪🏼
I used to buy firrings. They were always awful. Would vary massively. Cut my own now. Horrible job though. Excellent video.
Thanks 👍 these where decent tbf must have got lucky 😁😁
Does the back of the roof drain off to the neighbours garden
No will have a gutter installed 😁
Nice project guys! However, no maintenance access though!
That’s another reason we opted for metal cladding no maintenance needed 😊😊
Thanks and You can lift the panels for access
Would have been nice to see the OSB bonded over the joins in the wall
Bonded ?
11:06 😂😂😂 gives the slip
This is AMAZING. Would love for you to come and build one of these in my garden? 🙏. Plenty of tea for you on hand Brad 😂let me know 😊
🤣🙏🏼
@homeimprovements they do say you don't get unless you ask 😜. Plus I could showcase you on my channel and help you grow 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I think you should help Rob outdoor grow his channel guys 😂
@@Chris-v6d 🤣🤣 legend but I see you didn't subscribe ☹️🤔😉
I have now mate 😂
I did a similar build with no access to the sides, I had a job getting the corner pieces on the cladding. How did you screw them down at the bottom as there's no access?
Lifted panels enough to get finish in 😊😊
@@homeimprovementsLucky you had access and could do that 👍
Nice lol
😊👊🏼
Awesome job guys, can you come and build my Garden Pod😜
😁😁
When you put the corners on at the back could you only fix them at the top,as you could not get access to the bottom with the neighbour's fence in the way.
Do you insulate the floor or recommend insulation in the floor? I have a very similar DIY build that i have two courses of brick down on a pad (except 1 course where doors going in). Build stalled in the summer as I snapped my tibia and fibia in a game at Millwall FC! Was planning on putting in 50mm insulation in the floor…..
Strange roofing material type, I'm unfamiliar with it. But if it is durable and works, fair play
Was it not possible to take out the fence panels?
There was a second fence behind and the panels where fixed 🙈
@ Fcuk that was a pain, super job though.Surprised they didn’t want any windows
How are you going to finish the floor? Attach the DPC on the floor to the walls?
Fold it up the wall then lee is going to insulate and screed the floor with a dpm 😊
Is there not supposed to be a 500mm gap from the edges to the garden boundaries?
Not from my understanding 😊
How much roughly would this cost in materials? Also great videos keep up the great work 👍🏻
To this stage think it was 2-4K ish I didn’t buy materials so hazarding a guess 😊
Need some opening windows in that building.
Is it possible to get a cost of all the materials? Also is there going to be a video of the inside and show the complete thing?
I believe Lee spent between 2-4K to get it to this stage and depends on lees plans 😊😊
Do you insulate or wasn’t it required for this structure
First here reward
❤️❤️
What’s maximum height on the garden room alowed ?
2.5m within 2m of boundary or 4m dual pitch if 2m away 😊
are the fixings pressure impregnated?
The Resin ?
How much does something like this roughly cost to get done?
I would like to know what Greg Wallace has got to say about the pizza
🤣🤣🤣
Great job but why is there no window, you probably said and I missed it
Thanks Lee wants it dark in there for gaming so opted for no window 😊
Well done tho boys although Brad didn’t do anything 😂
🤣👊🏼
Don’t you need to put a roof on top of the epdm?
That is the finish 😊
No windows?
It’s going to be a cinema room 😊
You guys use "membrain" and here in Northern Ireland we use straw. Come on guys, get up-to-date.
Give us time 🤣
Amazing work as always guys 🫶 would love you guys to come and transform my garden
Nice One Nicky 🙌🙌
Just a quick tip when installing the rubber.
Instead of folding the rubber over, role it half way then glue then role it over the glue instead of folding.
It makes it easier to lay and you can brush the rubber as you role so less folds and air pockets
Gonna be very dark in there... Nice work though
Thanks Yh that’s the aim going to be a gaming room 😊
how much i want one
Maybe we can work out the total cost 😊
Hope that dead tree didn't fall on the roof .👍👍🍺🍺☘☘
Same 🤣🙏🏼🙏🏼
You shouldn’t cut that cladding with a grinder it will definitely rust now
It’ll be fine
Top work in crap conditions, I would’ve made an excuse and cried off 😂
🤣🤣🤣 🙏🏼
Job is done well, only reduce 99.99% talking, instead do show what you do. Really we dont need to listen obvious....
Fair enough 😊
Genuine question dose Brad actually not do anything or is it just a joke ? 🤣
No comment 😂(Brad)
Oh dear… now you aren’t using mat in the thumbnails you’ve really fallen off 😅
We are doing better than before mats, so still winning 😊
you call this storm
🤣 for the uk Yh 🙈
Looks amazing.
How much did the materials cost to get it to this stage?
And did it take 5 days with the 5 of you working at it?
I’ve got something similar planned but I think I’ve grossly underestimated how long it’s going to take us!
Was few days with help and couple days on our own 😊 think Lee spent 2-4K not sure on exact amount we never got the materials 😊
The muck looks a bit sandy to me 🦧
It’s white cement 😊
Lovely job you guys do, I absolutely love watching your videos. Can I ask what’s the name of the corrugated panels that you used for the back and sides is called. Planning on redoing my shed and this could be another option to consider. Thanks
Thanks 🤩 I’ll have a look but it’s basically metal corrugated cladding should get it up ok Google 😊
