    600g salmon
    9 potatoes
    3 carrots
    1 onion
    2 rutabaga
    3 broth cubes
    2 liters of water
    2,5 dl cream

    I had canned salmon, potato, carrot, onion powder, butter, milk, bay leaf, peppercorns and salt. It came out pretty good!!

    ¡Pozole! You have to try it, I guess you can find pozolero corn in Sweden. I make it with mushrooms and zucchini flower because I'm vegetarian, but originally is with meat. I love your accents

    Looks good! Favorite soup is the roostersoup, done in more or less the same way as your fish soup. Without cream.
    Butcher some roosters, take the feathers away, not skinning them, cook them till the meat loosens from the bones, take them out, put the chopped vegetables in and let them cook while you debone the roosters, cut upp the skin into very smal pieces or mix it. Cut up the chiken meat into acceptable pieces, trow it into the soup.
    Cook broth on the bones about 6 hours to use the next time you make a soup or to this soup the next day if you reduce it very well..
    Season to taste, salt pepper, garam masala whatever you like, be careful with strong seasonings and soup, it gets hot very fast.
    Serve with a dab of peanut butter or tahina
