    I bet a similar technique would make a good vegan Spanish style chorizo.

    The mustard seeds are odd; I think the previous pepperoni recipe you posted is more authentic. But I appreciate your posting this, as I've never tried his recipe. Thanks for posting!

      I was suspicious about that as well... the mustard seed is actually really good in it though. I used the pepperoni to make an Italian sub... it was awesome. Thanks for watching.
